Gobert managed to hold Nikola Jokic to just seven points Saturday whilst himself recording another double-double. Jokic did go off for 16 assists with 10 rebounds so it wasn't all good news for the big Frenchman. Gobert is practically an automatic double-double at this stage and while there will be a few small inconsistencies, he appears locked in on both ends of the floor and could return second round value come season's end.

Given his ability to produce across the stat sheet and his improving efficiency, Gobert appears headed to the best fantasy season of his career if he can avoid the injury bug.

The Stifle Tower's scoring total lead the Jazz in the blowout victory and served as fourth double-digit point tally in as many exhibitions. Gobert has displayed his typical acumen on the boards this preseason, hauling in between six and 10 boards in each contest thus far. The 26-year-old is a good prospect to average a double-double for a third straight season while serving as one of the league's elite rim protectors.

EDGE Analysis

The Stifle Tower wasn't quite as successful to open the second-round series as he'd been against the Thunder, but he still came just a rebound short of what would have been a sixth straight double-double. Gobert's offensive usage was notably down, as his four shot attempts were his lowest of the postseason thus far.
