Dillingham (recently traded) is off the injury report for Saturday's game against Denver.

Dillingham appears to have joined the Bulls and is available to make his team debut. He last saw double-digit minutes back on Dec. 27 with Minnesota, meaning the second-year guard isn't primed for a fantasy-relevant role right off the bat.

Minnesota traded Dillingham, Leonard Miller and four second-round picks to the Bulls on Thursday in exchange for Ayo Dosunmu (quadriceps) and Julian Phillips (wrist), Jon Krawczynski of The Athletic reports.

EDGE Analysis

Dosunmu is projected to enter the Minnesota rotation right away, assuming he is healthy after being sidelined due to a quad injury. Dillingham joins a Bulls team that has traded for a large quantity of guards recently, including Jaden Ivey, Collin Sexton and Anfernee Simons, and Dillingham's role within this team is uncertain given he is expected to be buried on the depth chart.

Dillingham supplied five points (2-6 FG, 1-2 3Pt) and two rebounds in eight minutes during Tuesday's 139-106 win over the Bucks.

Dillingham was back in the rotation, playing for just the second time in the past four games. After starting the season as a viable backup option, Minnesota has opted to go in another direction of late, handing more playing time to Bones Hyland. In 10 appearances over the past month, Dillingham has averaged just 3.3 points and 1.6 assists in 8.2 minutes per game.

While this may be out of necessity, as Mike Conley (Achilles) and Anthony Edwards (foot) have been sidelined, prompting the team to start Bones Hyland at point guard, Dillingham is getting opportunities to make a case for a spot in the rotation.

Dillingham recorded zero points (0-2 FG), two rebounds and two assists over seven minutes during Tuesday's 149-142 overtime victory over the Pelicans.

EDGE Analysis

Dillingham has been a non-factor this season, failing to have any sort of tangible impact on either end of the floor. He failed to score for the third time in the past five games, playing limited minutes off the bench. In 19 appearances, he has averaged just 3.9 points and 1.9 assists in 10.3 minutes per game, leaving him well outside the top 350 in standard leagues.

Dillingham produced eight points (4-12 FG, 0-3 3Pt), one rebound, one assist and two steals over 13 minutes during Monday's 120-96 victory over the Mavericks.

EDGE Analysis

Dillingham certainly wasn't shy with 12 shot attempts in 13 minutes. He continues to be used sparingly by Minnesota and seems to be comfortably behind Donte DiVincenzo and Mike Conley. For now, he's only worth monitoring in deeper fantasy formats.

With Anthony Edwards (hamstring) sidelined, Dillingham certainly has a path to earn a larger role.
