The Hawks recalled Dennis from the G League's College Park Skyhawks on Monday.

Though Dennis will rejoin Atlanta ahead of Monday's game against the Bucks, he'll be inactive for the contest in a coach's decision. The two-way player has made just one five-minute appearance for the parent club since signing with Atlanta on Dec. 31. He continues to remain highly involved at the G League level, however, and most recently played 39 minutes in College Park's 112-103 loss to the Maine Celtics on Sunday, finishing with 17 points (7-19 FG, 3-9 3Pt), 10 assists, six steals and five rebounds.

Dennis is coming off a season-high 46-point performance in the G League and could now get some opportunities with the Hawks. The two-way guard has made seven appearances for the Skyhawks in January, leading the team with an average of 24.1 points per game.

The second-year point guard will move on to his third organization of the season after he had previously been signed to two-way deals with the Pacers and Clippers before being cut loose by both teams. Between the two stops, Dennis appeared in 14 games at the NBA level and averaged 4.6 points, 1.9 assists, 1.6 rebounds and 0.9 three-pointers in 12.3 minutes per contest while shooting 30.6 percent from the field. Atlanta waived Eli John Ndiaye (shoulder) to open up one of its three two-way slots for Dennis, who is likely to see the bulk of his playing time in the G League with the College Park Skyhawks.

The Clippers waived Dennis on Saturday, Law Murray of The Athletic reports.

Dennis will lose his two-way contract, as the Clippers will waive him to make room for TyTy Washington. Since latching on with the Clippers on Dec. 3, Dennis appeared in just one NBA game, logging two rebounds and a turnover across four minutes.

Dennis accumulated zero points (0-3 FG, 0-2 3Pt), two rebounds and one assist across five minutes during Saturday's 117-100 loss to Denver.

Dennis logged five minutes for the second straight game, continuing to see his role reduce as the Pacers start to get healthy players back into the rotation. Given he has now played fewer than 10 minutes in three consecutive contests, fantasy managers can safely move on in all formats.
