Across eight appearances with the Bulls, the veteran point guard is averaging 5.9 points, 6.4 rebounds, 4.1 assists and 0.8 blocks in 28.6 minutes per game.

Beverley ended Friday's 125-104 loss to Phoenix with two points (1-2 FG, 0-1 3Pt), two rebounds, two assists and one block in 29 minutes.

EDGE Analysis

Beverley couldn't deliver another strong performance Friday, barely forcing the statistician to break a sweat. While his real-life impact continues to be visible on most nights, his days of being a consistent fantasy producer are well behind him. He can be streamed in on low-volume nights for anyone needing steals and out-of-position rebounds and blocks, but as we saw tonight, even those categories can be sketchy.

Beverley ended Wednesday's 117-115 win over Detroit with five points (2-4 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-4 FT), 10 rebounds, 10 assists, one block and four steals across 33 minutes.

Beverley was the only player in Wednesday's game to post double-digit marks in rebounds and assists while finishing five points short of a triple-double. Beverley has posted at least five points, five rebounds and five assists in two games this season. 

Beverley closed Tuesday's 104-98 loss to the Raptors with eight points (3-6 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), seven rebounds, four assists and one block in 29 minutes.

EDGE Analysis

Beverley did a little bit of everything for Chicago, leading all starters in rebounds while finishing two points and three boards shy of a double-double. Beverley has posted at least five points and five rebounds on 10 occasions this season, including in two of his last three outings.

Beverley ended Friday's 131-87 victory over the Nets with eight points (2-4 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 3-5 FT), five rebounds and four assists over 22 minutes.

EDGE Analysis

Beverley immediately started for the Bulls in his debut and did what he said he'd do, bringing energy and defense to the floor. While it wasn't an amazing stat line, Beverley helped the Bulls win their first game since Feb. 6 and will be looking to get them into the playoffs. As long as he's starting, Beverley will be a solid contributor in assists, three-pointers and defensive stats.

Beverley will start at point guard in his Chicago debut Friday against the Nets.

EDGE Analysis

Beverley and Alex Caruso will join a starting lineup that also includes Zach LaVine, DeMar DeRozan and Nikola Vucevic. Meanwhile, Coby White, Ayo Dosunmu and Patrick Williams will shift to the bench. If Beverley's workload is substantial, he could emerge with some decent fantasy value for his ability to produce assists, three-pointers and defensive stats.

Following a buyout from the Magic, Beverley signed with the Bulls on Monday and is ready to make his team debut. He'll be competing for backcourt minutes with Ayo Dosunmu, Alex Caruso, Goran Dragic (knee) and Coby White. In 15.4 minutes per game this season, Beverley has averaged 6.4 points, 2.7 assists and 1.4 rebounds.

The Bulls were targeting Russell Westbrook to fix their point-guard deficiencies, but he opted to join the Clippers earlier Monday, forcing Chicago to pivot to Beverley. Beverley had enjoyed a consistent starting role for the Lakers, but he averaged 6.4 points, 3.1 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.2 three-pointers, 0.9 steals and 0.6 blocks in 26.9 minutes per game while shooting 40.2 percent from the field over his 45 appearances. Whether he ultimately settles with Minnesota or another team, Beverley may have difficulty finding the kind of playing time he received in Los Angeles.
