Beverley (hamstring) played 26 minutes in Wednesday's series-ending 114-81 loss to the Warriors in Game 5, producing two points (1-5 FG, 0-3 3Pt), four rebounds, and two assists.
EDGE Analysis
The hamstring injury Beverley suffered in Game 4 didn't prevent him from suiting up Wednesday, but he was wholly ineffective in a listless series-ending loss for the Rockets. The same could be said for just about every player on the team save for James Harden, as the Rockets combined to shoot just 6-for-32 from three-point range, with Beverley's 0-for-3 mark from long range not even representing the worst of the lot. It's difficult to determine how much the lingering hamstring ailment may have impacted Beverley's performance, but with the Rockets now eliminated, the point guard will have plenty of time to recuperate before training camp begins in the fall.

Beverley (hamstring) said after practicing Tuesday that he'll play in Wednesday's Game 5 against the Warriors, Mark Berman of FOX 26 Houston (KRIV) reports.
EDGE Analysis
Beverley was limited to just 16 minutes in the Rockets' Game 4 loss Sunday after suffering the hamstring injury, and was subsequently held out of Monday's practice. It appears all the point guard needed was a day off, as he was back on the court Tuesday and looked to be no worse for the wear. With the Rockets facing elimination on the road Wednesday, expect Beverley to take on close to 30 minutes if he experiences no in-game setbacks with the hamstring.

Beverley (hamstring) took part in Tuesday's practice, Calvin Watkins of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Beverley departed Sunday's Game 4 against the Warriors with a strained right hamstring and continues to be listed as day-to-day in advance of Game 5. His participation in practice is certainly a step in the right direction, but the team likely won't update his status until he can be evaluated at shootaround Wednesday morning. If Beverley is ultimately limited or held out, Jason Terry would be in line for increased minutes.

Beverley (hamstring) is considered day-to-day in advance of Wednesday's Game 5 against the Warriors, Jenny Dial Creech of the Houston Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
Beverley tweaked his right hamstring during Sunday's blowout loss to the Warriors and did not return to the game after departing in the second quarter. The good news is he'll travel to Oakland with the team, but at this point his status for Game 5 is firmly up in the air. If he's ruled out or limited, look for Jason Terry, who played 27 minutes Sunday, to see increased time off the bench, with James Harden acting as the primary ball handler even more frequently.

Updating a previous report, Beverley (leg) will not return to Sunday's Game 4 against the Warriors, Jenny Dial Creech of the Houston Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
Beverley was forced to exit Sunday's game in the second quarter with a leg strain and was originally listed as questionable to return. When the team came out for halftime warmups Beverley went straight to the bench and it was announced he was out, but no further information on his injury was provided. He'll finish on Sunday with two points (1-5 FGs, 0-3 3Pt), two rebounds, one assist, and one steal in 16 minutes. Look for Jason Terry to see a minutes increase in Beverley's absence. Beverley should be considered day-to-day in the lead up to Wednesday's Game 5.

Beverley left Sunday's Game 4 matchup with the Warriors due to a strained right leg and his return is questionable, Mark Berman of FOX 26 reports.
EDGE Analysis
Beverley left during the second quarter of Sunday's game. Look for Jason Terry to see extra time if Beverley is unable to return. Expect an update on Beverley's status after Sunday's game, when the team has had a better chance to evaluate his status.

Beverley contributed 13 points (3-8 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 6-6 FT), seven rebounds, two assists, and two blocks across 33 minutes during the Rockets' 115-106 loss to the Warriors on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Beverley didn't commit a single turnover, and rebounded nicely following his one-for-seven shooting performance in Game 1. Beverley's life was a little easier on Monday given that he didn't have to chase reigning MVP Stephen Curry (ankle) around, but the Rockets' guard had been playing pretty well coming into the playoffs. If Curry remains sidelined for Game 3 on Thursday, Beverley will once again be less burdened defensively, which could allow him to do decent damage on the other end.

Beverley contributed nine points (4-7 FG, 1-4 3Pt), 12 assists, six steals, and four rebounds across 33 minutes during the Rockets' 116-81 win against the Kings on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Beverley gave Sacramento guard Seth Curry fits during the regular season finale, forcing him to go three-of-18 from the field for just 10 points. Beverley is a pest on defense and a solid three-point shooter, but he will have to perform at a whole other level if the Rockets are going to compete closely with the defending champion Warriors. If there is any reason for optimism, it's the fact that April was Beverley's month of 2015-16, as he averaged 11.5 points, six assists, 4.3 rebounds, 1.7 threes, and 1.7 steals in 31 minutes.

Beverley dropped in 19 points (7-11 FG, 2-2 FT, 3-6 3Pt) to go along with seven rebounds, six assists and a steal across 33 minutes during Sunday's win over the Lakers.
EDGE Analysis
Beverly had scored in the single digits in each of the previous two games heading into Sunday, but he bounced back with an efficient shooting performance to get him back on track. He should continue to see heavy usage for a relatively thin Rockets team as they battle for a spot in the playoffs.

Beverley registered 22 points (9-13 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), seven assists and five rebounds over 37 minutes in Thursday's 103-100 loss to the Bulls.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran point guard broke out for a season-high scoring total in what turned out to be a highly favorable matchup. Beverley got off to a good start against the questionable defense of Derrick Rose early on, and continued to excel after the Bulls guard left the game with a reaggravation of his elbo=w injury. Despite the impressive performance, and the fact that he closed out the month by shooting 60 percent or better from the field in four of nine contests, Beverley's offensive contributions are typically of a much more modest nature. He finished March with averages of 10.7 points, 4.4 rebounds, 4.4 assists, 0.5 blocks and 1.4 steals.
