Speights pleaded no contest to reduced charges stemming from an arrest in Tampa and charged with suspicion of DUI last August, CSN Bay Area reports. A plea agreement was reached and charges reduced to misdemeanor reckless driving, with Speights paying $903 in fines and court costs.

Speights did not get off the bench in Sunday night's win over Boston. The Celtics ran out to a big first-half lead, forcing Warriors coach Steve Kerr to use his small-ball lineup for much of the final three quarters. Small ball typically means Draymond Green (6-foot-7) at center and limited minutes for the bigs. Speights, David Lee and Andrew Bogut played a combined 27 minutes Sunday.

Speights came off the bench for 17 points (8-13 FG, 1-2 FT), eight rebounds and three assists in 21 minutes during Tuesday's win over the Kings. Speights isn't finding very consistent minutes, as they've ranged anywhere from eight to 21 over his last six games. In the three games during that span where he played over 20 minutes, he reached double figures in points, so it's clear his fantasy value depends heavily on his minutes. He's recorded eight rebounds in each of his last three games though, so he's stayed consistent in that category. With his minutes fluctuating so much, his fantasy value takes a hit.

Speights got the start Tuesday after Andrew Bogut was a late scratch due to flu-like symptoms. He finished with 10 points and eight rebounds in 21 minutes against the Bulls. Speights' minutes have fluctuated lately, which has led to a fluctuation in his production. He's a good bet to get rebounds, but his scoring can be spotty at times. Also, the Warriors went wit smaller lineups against the Bulls, with David Lee putting up 24 points in 30 minutes.

Speights had 15 points (6-12 FG, 3-4 FT), five rebounds, and three assists in 20 minutes off the bench Saturday. Speights returned to his role coming off the bench Saturday with Andrew Bogut getting the start. Still, Speights scored in double figures for the fourth time in five games. He has topped 20 minutes in each game over that span and appears to have secured a regular role for the Warriors whether he's starting or not.

Speights will in fact come off the bench Saturday at Houston, the San Francisco Chronicle reports. With Andrew Bogut back in the fold after a day of rest, Speights will return to a bench gig. In 28 games as a reserve this season, Speights has averaged 11.7 points (on 51 percent shooting), 5.1 rebounds, and 0.9 assists in 18 minutes.

Speights will start Saturday's game in Houston. Despite the presence of Andrew Bogut, who rested Friday, Speights will remain the Warriors' starting center Saturday. In eight previous nods this season, Speights averaged 15.8 points (on 54 percent shooting), 5.4 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and 0.8 blocks in 24 minutes.

Speights started in place of Andrew Bogut (rest) against the Thunder Friday. He scored 20 points (9-16 FG, 2-2 FT) and added seven rebounds, four assists, and one steal in 28 minutes. It was a solid performance for Speights, who has emerged as a reliable option any time he can be assured of minutes. This season, Speights is averaging 24.4 points, 10 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 1.3 blocks per 36 minutes. He is a solid flier pickup or daily games play any time he looks in line for extra court time.

Speights will start in place of Andrew Bogut (rest) against the Thunder on Friday, The San Francisco Chronicle reports. Speights tends to excel when given a significant amount of minutes and he'll be an enticing option because of his cheap price in daily competitions. However he's expected to move back to a role off the bench against the Rockets on Saturday since Bogut is only resting because the Warriors have four games over the next five days.

Speights came off the bench Tuesday night as Andrew Bogut (knee) returned to the starting lineup. He scored 10 points (4-of-10 FG, 1-of-1 3Pt, 1-of-2 FT) with one rebound and one blocked shot in a win over the Jazz. Speights had filled in at center while Bogut was nursing a sore knee. While no longer a starter, Speights will remain a significant part of the Golden State rotation.
