Marcus Smart said he will play point guard and shooting guard at summer league. General manager Danny Ainge said he expects to play Smart next to Rajon Rondo, but his college play suggests he'd be much better on the ball. Smart won't be undersized at summer league and could get his pro career off to a fast start in Orlando. He's on the radar in re-draft leagues as a late-round pick and his value would go up if the Celtics do deal Rondo.

Jazz vice president of player personnel Walt Perrin said Wednesday that he's been unable to bring in Marcus Smart for a workout. Perrin said he's talked to Smart's agent four times and still can't get the Oklahoma State guard to come around. Interestingly, Smart tweeted that the Jazz weren't interested in him earlier this year, but he did delete that tweet. He is believed to want to go in the top four, but he did have some workouts with the Celtics, who hold the sixth pick in the draft.
