Delaney (back) is active and available to play in Tuesday's matchup with the Hornets.
EDGE Analysis
Delaney is dealing with a very minor back injury, but was listed as probable heading into Tuesday's contest, so he was always expected to be active. For the majority of the season, Delaney has taken on a small role off the bench, but could see an uptick in playing time if the Hawks try and rest some of their starter's on limited minutes. That said, Delaney will still likely remain of the DFS radar for Tuesday's slate.

Delaney (back) is listed as questionable for Tuesday's game against the Hornets.
EDGE Analysis
Delaney has dealt with a back problem in recent weeks, contributing toward him featuring in just two of Atlanta's last seven games. With his status up in the air for Tuesday's tilt, fantasy owners shouldn't rely on having Delaney available. If he's unable to go, Jose Calderon would figure to see more minutes behind Dennis Schroder at point guard.

Delaney (coach's decision) didn't see the floor in a 123-116 win over the Celtics on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Delaney had missed the Hawks' previous two games with a back injury, but after partaking in practice Wednesday, he was able to dress Thursday. However, it appears coach Mike Budenholzer is content to roll with Jose Calderon as the main backup to starting point guard Dennis Schroder down the stretch, which figures to leave Delaney out of the rotation for the team's final four regular-season contests.

Delaney (back) is considered probable for Thursday's tilt with the Celtics, Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
EDGE Analysis
Delaney was able to take part in the majority of Wednesday's practice, so the writing was on the wall for his eventual return. He'll likely play just a minor role as the third point guard behind Dennis Schroder and Jose Calderdon, making him an option to avoid in the majority of fantasy leagues.

Delaney (back) went through the majority of Wednesday's practice, Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
EDGE Analysis
Delaney has missed two consecutive games with back spasms, but the fact that he was able to go through the majority of Wednesday's practice bodes well for a return in the near future. That said, with Dennis Schroder and Jose Calderon ahead of him on the point guard depth chart, Delaney could find minutes hard to come by, so once cleared, he likely won't be a desirable fantasy option.

Delaney (back) will not play in Sunday's game against the Nets, Chris Vivlamore of the AJC reports.
EDGE Analysis
This news is rather unsurprising considering Delaney was previously listed as doubtful entering Sunday's contest. Delaney's absence is unlikely to shake things up in Atlanta's rotation given his small usage so far this season.

Delaney (back) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Nets.
EDGE Analysis
Delaney is dealing with back spasms and will likely miss a second consecutive game considering the doubtful designation. Even when at full strength, Delaney hasn't been a consistent member of the regular rotation and likely doesn't get enough minutes to be fantasy relevant in the majority of leagues.

Delaney will be held out of action Saturday against the Bulls due to back spasms, Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
EDGE Analysis
Delaney's back tightened up during warmups, and the guard will be held out Saturday, though his absence is not likely to have a major impact on the rotation. The 28-year-old was a DNP-CD in each of Atlanta's last two games, as coach Mike Budenholzer has turned to veteran Jose Calderon as the primary backup to Dennis Schroder.

Delaney registered zero points (0-3 FG, 0-1 3Pt), two rebounds and two assists across 19 minutes in a 119-111 loss to the Warriors on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Though Dennis Schroder was benched for much of the second half following a defensive lapse that afforded the Warriors' Stephen Curry an open three-point attempt, Delaney didn't see much of a surge in playing time. The rookie received a two-game run in the starting lineup coming out of the All-Star break, but he didn't offer much production in either of those contests and hasn't improved since returning to his regular bench role over the past five games. He's failed to supply more than five points in any of those contests and is shooting a collective 35.7 percent from the floor.

Delaney will draw the start at point guard Friday against the Heat, Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
EDGE Analysis
Dennis Schroder was suspended one game by the Hawks on Friday after failing to report to practice due to travel issues. In his absence, Delaney will pick up his first start of the season against the Heat. The reserve point guard is averaging 5.9 points and 2.7 assists a game through 56 contests this season.
