Kennard won't play in Monday's game against the 76ers due to soreness in both knees, James L. Edwards III of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Kennard will sit for the second time in three games after apparently feeling sore following Saturday's 119-107 loss to the Bulls, during which he compiled 16 points (6-14 FG, 4-9 3Pt), four rebounds and three assists in 31 minutes. With Kennard sidelined, Langston Galloway, Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk and Derrick Rose (knee) are all candidates to absorb extra minutes in the Detroit backcourt.

Kennard had 16 points (6-14 FG, 4-9 3Pt), four rebounds and three assists in 31 minutes during Saturday's 119-107 loss to the Bulls.
EDGE Analysis
Kennard was back on the floor after missing the previous game due to an ongoing knee concern. This could be a situation to monitor moving forward with a real possibility he sits during back-to-back sets. The Pistons are 11-and-19 on the season and appear unlikely to be pushing for a playoff berth at this stage. He has been a top-100 player this season making him a standard league asset.

Kennard (knee) is listed as probable for Saturday's matchup with the Bulls, K.C. Johnson of NBC Sports Chicago reports.
EDGE Analysis
Kennard sat out Friday's loss to the Celtics but looks on track to return against the Bulls. Assuming he does play, look for him to take on his usual workload, while Langston Galloway and Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk should go back to their usual roles.

Kennard (knee) was ruled out for Friday's game against the Celtics, Gary Washburn of The Boston Globe reports.

Kennard is doubtful for Friday's matchup against the Celtics due to knee soreness.
EDGE Analysis
Kennard presumably picked up the injury during Wednesday's loss to the Raptors. If he's out at expected, Langston Galloway, Bruce Brown and Svi Mykhailiuk could all see expanded roles.

Kennard totaled 22 points (6-13 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 6-6 FT), seven rebounds, three assists and a block in 34 minutes during Saturday's win over the Rockets.
EDGE Analysis
Kennard led the way with 22 points, his first time over 20 in five games. Despite struggling with some consistency issues, Kennard's taken the next step in his development this year. He's averaging career-bests in nearly every category while maintaining his trademark efficiency from long range. Through 25 games, the third-year guard's offering 16.2 points, 4.1 assists, 3.4 rebounds and 2.6 threes in 32.9 minutes.

Kennard finished with eight points (3-13 FG, 2-8 3Pt), four assists and one steal in 34 minutes during Thursday's 122-111 loss to the Mavericks.
EDGE Analysis
Kennard struggled Thursday as the Pistons lost their 15th game of the season. He is sitting inside the top-90 for the season but has seen a dip in his production of late. Despite a number of sub-par performances, the playing time does appear to be his to lose. The Pistons are certainly not loaded with talent and so his role seems somewhat assured making him a must roster player in 12-team formats.
