Nance (knee) will not play Saturday against the Grizzlies, Mike Trudell of Spectrum SportsNet reports.
EDGE Analysis
Nance will miss at least one game due to the knee injury he suffered in Friday's game with the Raptors. However, that could be the extent of his absence, as the report notes that Nance could return to action for the Lakers' next game Monday against the Jazz.

Nance is listed as questionable Saturday for the Lakers' game versus the Grizzlies due to a knee injury, Mark Medina of the Los Angeles Daily News reports.
EDGE Analysis
Nance presumably sustained the knee injury in Friday's loss to the Lakers. Coming of his second double double of the season, he finished Friday's contest with six points (3-6 FG) and six rebounds. More clarity surrounding Nance's status Saturday is expected to be gained closer to tip-off.

Nance scored 12 points (5-8 FG, 2-3 FT) to go along with 11 rebounds, three steals and an assist in 26 minutes during Wednesday's 96-90 win over the Bulls.
EDGE Analysis
Nance recorded his second double-double of the season, both coming in the Laker's last three games. The 23-year-old has now scored in double-digits seven different times coming off of the bench. Nance continues to be one of the Laker's top options off the pine, averaging 23 minutes per game over the last three weeks.

Nance (thumb) contributed 12 points (6-10 FG, 0-1 3Pt), 10 rebounds and three assists across 32 minutes in Sunday's 109-94 win over the Hawks.
EDGE Analysis
Nance had been probable heading into the contest with a sprained thumb, but showed no ill effects as coach Luke Walton leaned heavily on him, handing the second-year forward his largest workload of the season. With Julius Randle (hip) sidelined for a third straight game, Nance was able to claim most of the available minutes at power forward, but he could see his playing time closer to the 20-to-25-minute range in the Lakers' next game Tuesday against the Pelicans, as the team remains hopeful that Randle might be back for that contest. Still, with strong across-the-board averages of 7.4 points, 5.5 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.2 steals in 21.8 minutes per game while shooting 60.2 percent from the field on the season, Nance makes for a quality bench option in deeper formats.

Nance is probable for Sunday's game against the Hawks with a right thumb sprain, Baxter Holmes of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Nance last played Friday against the Warriors, playing 20 minutes and recording 11 points, seven rebounds and one steal. With Julius Randle (hip) out, Nance was expected to see an expanded role, but actually saw less action than his season average of 21.2 minutes per game. Randle is questionable for Sunday's game, and, whether he is able to return or not, Nance will likely continue to find himself limited to a bench role for the Lakers.

Nance tallied a season-high 18 points (8-11 FG, 2-2 FT) to go with six rebounds, three assists, one steal and one block across 26 minutes in Sunday's 118-110 loss to the Bulls.
EDGE Analysis
Nance doesn't have a clear spot to a starting role with Julius Randle, Luol Deng and Brandon Ingram all ahead of him in the pecking order at either forward position, but the second-year player has been making a consistent impact with the second unit. While he'll rarely hit the teens in the scoring column, he's averaging 5.0 boards, 1.3 steals and 1.2 assists in 21.0 minutes per game while shooting 60.6 percent from the field. It's not high-end production by any means, but it may be enough to make Nance worth a look in very deep leagues.

Nance (concussion) played 22 minutes in Thursday's 101-91 win over the Kings, producing two points (1-2 FG, 0-1 3Pt), seven rebounds and two steals.
EDGE Analysis
Nance missed Tuesday's game against the Mavericks while he was still experiencing concussion symptoms, but after passing all tests prior to Thursday's contest, he was cleared to assume his usual role as one of the Lakers' first big men off the bench. While it may be difficult for Nance to frequently hit the 30-minute mark when starting forwards Luol Deng and Julius Randle are healthy, the second-year player is still capable of producing solid numbers in rebounding and the defensive categories for deep-league owners who need help in those areas.

Nance cleared concussion protocol and is cleared to play in Thursday's game against the Kings, Mike Trudell of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Nance was sidelined for Tuesday's game against the Mavericks after sustaining a concussion Sunday against the Suns. The 23-year-old averaged 8.2 points, 5.2 boards, 1.7 steals, and 0.7 blocks across 22.8 minutes prior to the injury. He will presumably see a similar workload Thursday.

Nance (concussion) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Kings, Mark Medina of L.A. Daily News reports.
EDGE Analysis
Nance suffered a concussion during Sunday's game against the Suns and was subsequently held out of Tuesday's outing versus the Mavericks. He's improved to the point where he's being listed as questionable for Thursday, although we likely won't get a final update on his status until the team's morning shootaround. Nance is currently in the NBA's concussion protocol and still needs to pass through a series of tests before being officially cleared.

Nance (concussion) said he hopes to play Thursday against Sacramento.
EDGE Analysis
Nance remains in the league's concussion protocol after hitting his head on the floor during Sunday's win over the Suns. The second-year forward said he felt "a little dazed" Monday and estimated that he feels about "80 percent" healthy. With two more days to recuperate, Nance would look to have a good chance to play Thursday, though he'll need to pass a series of tests before gaining medical clearance.
