Lowry (back) will not play during Saturday's game against the Warriors, Eric Smith of Sportsnet 590 The Fan reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lowry was questionable heading into the contest after being able to do some light shooting during Friday's practice, but is still ultimately in too much pain to take the floor. In his absence, Delon Wright and Fred VanVleet should continue seeing extended run at point guard.

Lowry (back) was able to do some light shooting in Friday's practice and is considered a game-time decision for Saturday's game against the Warriors, Josh Lewenberg of TSN.ca reports.
EDGE Analysis
There still doesn't appear to be much optimism surrounding the All-Star point guard's availability for Saturday's game, as he is still dealing with soreness in his lower back. The team will likely provide another update on Lowry's status following shootaround Saturday morning, but chances are he will be set to miss another game. In his absence Thursday, Fred VanVleet scored a team-high 22 points and posted four rebounds and four assists in 24 minutes off the bench, so while Delon Wright is likely to get the start at point guard once again, VanVleet could once again see more minutes depending on the flow of the game.

Lowry (back) has officially been ruled out for Thursday's matchup with the Cavaliers, Blake Murphy of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Raptors president Masai Ujiri mentioned earlier this week that Lowry wasn't expected to play Thursday, so his absence doesn't come as much of a surprise. Delon Wright, who posted 13 points, seven rebounds, four assists, one steal and one block across 29 minutes in Tuesday' start, is the favorite to take on those duties once again in place of Lowry. That said, Fred VanVleet should also see extra run after logging 19 minutes off the bench in that contest. As for Lowry, his next opportunity to take the floor will be Saturday against the Warriors, though the Raptors likely won't rush him back and there's a chance he remains sidelined through the weekend.

According to team president Masai Ujiri, Lowry (back) is unlikely to play in Thursday's game against the Cavaliers, Eric Koreen of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lowry is officially listed as questionable, though it appears he'll eventually be ruled out and could also remain sidelined for Saturday's tilt with the Warriors. For that reason, he may actually be trending more towards doubtful at this point, but another update should be provided following Thursday's morning shootaround. If Lowry ends up sitting out as expected, Delon Wright would likely pick up another start, while Fred VanVleet would be in line for extended minutes as well.

Lowry (back) is listed as questionable for Thursday's matchup against the Cavaliers.
EDGE Analysis
Lowry missed Tuesday's contest against the Heat due to back spasms and a bruised tailbone, which is apparently still giving him significant discomfort. More word on his status should arrive following the team's Thursday morning shootaround. If he's unable to give it a go, Fred VanVleet and Delon Wright should see expanded roles once again.

Lowry (back) will be sidelined for Tuesday's game against the Heat and should be considered day-to-day following the contest.
EDGE Analysis
Lowry, who took a hard fall during Monday's game against Brooklyn, appears to have avoided serious injury, but is still in too much discomfort to play Tuesday. With him out of the picture against the Heat, Fred VanVleet and Delon Wright will likely see expanded roles, with one of the two seemingly drawing the start at point guard.

Lowry is considered day-to-day with a bone bruise on his tailbone, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lowry was forced out of Monday's overtime game against Brooklyn after taking a hard fall, and while it doesn't look like he'll be able to play Tuesday against the Heat, the All-Star point guard appears to have avoided a serious injury. The Raptors should provide an official update on his game status late on Tuesday, but Thursday's game against the Cavaliers seems like the earliest Lowry would be able to return. Fred VanVleet and Delon Wright are in line to take over duties at point guard in Lowry's likely absence.

Lowry will be reevaluated Tuesday after suffering an acute back spasm near the end of Monday's win in Brooklyn.
EDGE Analysis
This means that Lowry hasn't officially been ruled out of Tuesday's game against the Heat, but it'd be somewhat surprising if he ends up playing after needing to be carried off the court Monday following a hard fall. In his potential absence, Delon Wright and Fred VanVleet will be the top candidates for unexpected playing time.

Lowry underwent X-rays on his tailbone after suffering an injured tailbone at the end of Monday's game against the Nets, Josh Lewenberg of TSN.ca reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lowry fell hard at the end of Monday's game and had to be carried to the locker room. He underwent X-rays on his tailbone after the game, however the results of those X-rays have yet to be announced. He was also seen leaving the arena in a wheelchair. His inability to walk at this time is concerning, however there is still the possibility that the injury is not serious. At this time, Lowry should be considered questionable for Tuesday's matchup with the Heat. More information should be provided as Tuesday's game approaches.

Lowry scored 26 points (7-13 FG, 5-10 3Pt, 7-10 FT) while adding six rebounds, six assists, a steal and a block in 41 minutes during Monday's 131-127 overtime win over the Bucks.
EDGE Analysis
Although Lowry's numbers pale in comparison to DeMar DeRozan's franchise-record 52 points on the night, it was still an excellent performance from the point guard after he managed only 25 points in his previous two games combined. While Lowry's scoring on the season remains lower than expected, it seems only a matter of time before he heats up and goes on a tear.
