The veteran apparently tweaked his back in Wednesday's rout of the Pelicans, and it looks as though the Bucks will hold him out as they enter the first half of a back-to-back.

Korver had three points (1-5 FG, 1-3 3Pt), four rebounds, three assists and two steals in 19 minutes during Saturday's 137-96 win over the Hornets.

This is likely what can be expected out of Korver for most of the season barring any serious injuries to the Bucks' rotation, as the veteran role's will be to come off the bench to attempt spot-up jumpers. The six rebounds is certainly surprising to see, but that number will likely end up being an outlier in Korver's game log this year.

Korver had narrowed his choices down to Milwaukee and Philadelphia, but his past relationship with coach Mike Budenholzer likely gave the Bucks and edge. The veteran sharp-shooter will not likely see heavy minutes, but his experience could make him valuable in clutch situations when the team needs a spark off the bench. He hit 2.0 triples per game on 38.4 percent from beyond the arc last season.
