He's headed for further evaluation, after which there should be a clearer idea regarding the severity of the issue. Cleveland is already dealing with a few injuries, so if Korver is unable to play during the team's upcoming back-to-back set Tuesday and Wednesday, look for David Nwaba, Jordan Clarkson and Rodney Hood to benefit from some increased run.

Korver had 21 points (7-10 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 3-3 FT), two rebounds, and two assists in 22 minutes during Thursday's 110-103 loss to the Pistons.

Korver was hot late in the game, helping keep the Cavaliers close enough to make it interesting. With Kevin Love (foot) sitting this one out, the Cavaliers needed all the help they could get on the offensive end of the floor. Korver still has the ability to score the ball when the stars align but this performance does not put him on the radar in anything but the deepest of leagues.

The Cavaliers could look to trade Korver at some point this season, Joe Vardon of The Athletic reports.

Korver has played just 19 minutes through the Cavs' first three games and looks to be on the outside looking in at the regular rotation as the Cavs' season begins to look more and more like a rebuilding year. Korver will be held out of Saturday's preseason game against the Celtics due to rest purposes, Joe Vardon of The Athletic reports.

He'll look to up his contributions across the board when the Cavaliers attempt to even the series in Tuesday's Game 2.

Korver will look to replicate his strong Game 3 effort when Cleveland tries to complete a series sweep in Monday's Game 4.
