Korver is dealing with a sore foot and could miss the next two games, Spencer Davies of Basketball Insiders reports.
EDGE Analysis
Korver, who has dealt with foot issues since joining the Cavaliers, missed Monday's practice as a result of the injury. He's headed for further evaluation, after which there should be a clearer idea regarding the severity of the issue. Cleveland is already dealing with a few injuries, so if Korver is unable to play during the team's upcoming back-to-back set Tuesday and Wednesday, look for David Nwaba, Jordan Clarkson and Rodney Hood to benefit from some increased run.

Korver had 21 points (7-10 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 3-3 FT), two rebounds, and two assists in 22 minutes during Thursday's 110-103 loss to the Pistons.
EDGE Analysis
Korver was hot late in the game, helping keep the Cavaliers close enough to make it interesting. With Kevin Love (foot) sitting this one out, the Cavaliers needed all the help they could get on the offensive end of the floor. Korver still has the ability to score the ball when the stars align but this performance does not put him on the radar in anything but the deepest of leagues.

The Cavaliers could look to trade Korver at some point this season, Joe Vardon of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Korver has played just 19 minutes through the Cavs' first three games and looks to be on the outside looking in at the regular rotation as the Cavs' season begins to look more and more like a rebuilding year. Vardon writes that the Cavs are "widely expected to trade [Korver] to a contender in need of shooting", but when a potential deal could go down remains to be seen.

Korver will be held out of Saturday's preseason game against the Celtics due to rest purposes, Joe Vardon of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
It's nothing more than a night off for the veteran sharpshooter, and given that Korver played just 11 minutes in the team's preseason opener, his absence likely won't have much of an impact on the Cavaliers' rotation Saturday.

Korver contributed 14 points (5-5 FG, 4-4 3Pt), and two rebounds in 20 minutes during Saturday's 116-86 victory over Boston.
EDGE Analysis
Korver hit all four of his three-point attempts on his way to 14 points in Saturday's comfortable 30 point victory. This is about as good as it gets for Korver as he is basically a three-point specialist in both fantasy and reality. He will need to keep his hot hand on Monday if the Cavaliers are to head back to Boston tied at 2-2.

Korver will shift to a bench role for Game 2 against the Celtics on Tuesday, Marla Ridenour of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
EDGE Analysis
After the Cavaliers took a loss in Game 1 over the weekend, coach Ty Lue will now shift to a bigger lineup that features LeBron James, Kevin Love and Tristan Thompson in the frontcourt. As a result, Korver heads back to the bench in the corresponding move. Korver struggled in the series opener, notching just five points and five rebounds across 23 minutes. Despite the demotion, Korver's minutes shouldn't decrease much, if at all.

Korver managed five points (2-6 FG, 1-5 3Pt), five rebounds, one steal and one block across 23 minutes during Cleveland's 108-83 loss to the Celtics in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference finals Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Korver shot just 20.0 percent from distance, which capped his overall scoring total significantly, since he put up one attempt from in front of the arc. The 15-year veteran had closed out the semifinal round against the Raptors back-to-back double-digit scoring efforts on the strength of jaw-dropping 75.0 percent shooting in each contest, so Sunday's outing can likely be chalked up as an outlier. He'll look to up his contributions across the board when the Cavaliers attempt to even the series in Tuesday's Game 2.

Korver registered 18 points (6-8 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds and two assists across 33 minutes during Cleveland's 105-103 win over the Raptors in Game 3 of their Eastern Conference semifinal-round playoff series.
EDGE Analysis
Korver was the ideal third wheel behind LeBron James and Kevin Love on Saturday, turning in a near-perfect performance from the field. The 37-year-old sharpshooter is draining 53.6 percent of his attempts over the first three games of the series, and he's posted double-digit scoring efforts in two of the first three contests against the Raptors. Korver will look to replicate his strong Game 3 effort when Cleveland tries to complete a series sweep in Monday's Game 4.

Korver tallied 19 points (6-11 FG, 5-9 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds and one steal across 33 minutes in Wednesday's 98-95 victory over the Pacers.
EDGE Analysis
Korver's 19-point performance came on the heels of a 18-point outburst in Game 4, as it seems Korver is starting to get comfortable offensively. He has connected on 50 percent of his threes over the last two games as well, an important factor in each of the two wins they got considering the rest of the offense outside of LeBron James has been struggling mightily.

Korver tallied 18 points (4-9 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 6-7 FT), three rebounds and one assist during Cleveland's 104-100 win over the Pacers in Game 4 of their Eastern Conference first-round playoff series.
EDGE Analysis
Korver got off to a slow start, but some success from both three-point range and the free-throw line helped him to the second-highest scoring total for the Cavs on the night. The sharpshooting veteran has now sandwiched a pair of double-digit scoring efforts around a scoreless performance over 20 minutes in Game 3, a game in which he only took three shot attempts. Given his ability to provide valuable perimeter scoring when he's on, Cleveland will hope Korver can continue his solid play in Game 5 on Wednesday.
