Nunn has been a usage monster, and there was writing on the wall that he was due to boom. He's shot the ball well since being traded to Washington. Nunn has legitimate streaming credibility on nights (like Tuesday) when the Wizards are operating with a skeleton crew.

Nunn provided three points (1-4 FG, 1-2 3Pt) and two steals across five minutes during Tuesday's 122-112 loss to Orlando.

EDGE Analysis

Nunn enjoyed consistent playing time for two months in January and February but has seen his playing time minimize since the start of March, averaging just 5.6 minutes over his eight appearances while not appearing in three games. As long as Washington's backcourt remains remotely healthy, there isn't much to see here in terms of Nunn's fantasy value.

Nunn accumulated 13 points (5-7 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), two rebounds, six assists and one steal across 29 minutes during Monday's 135-126 loss to the Warriors.

EDGE Analysis

Nunn's 29 minutes and 13 points were both the most he's had since joining the Wizards at the end of January. He also notched six assists for a second straight game and has quietly been a solid producer off the bench over his first nine appearances as a Wizard, averaging 9.3 points, 3.0 assists and 2.3 rebounds in 19.4 minutes during that stretch. If Nunn continues to play this well, he may surpass Delon Wright as the primary backup guard behind Monte Morris before too long.

Nunn supplied 12 points (5-9 FG, 2-5 3Pt), four rebounds, four assists and two steals across 22 minutes during Wednesday's 108-103 victory over the Rockets.

EDGE Analysis

Nunn surprisingly saw 22 minutes during his team debut, though he'll presumably see a reduction in role once Monte Morris (hamstring) returns. He'll mostly be competing for backup minutes at guard with Delon Wright and Jordan Goodwin. He may steal some time away from Corey Kispert as well.

Nunn (personal) will be available to play Tuesday against Dallas, Josh Robbins of The Athletic reports.

Nunn will be available to make his Washington debut after being dealt from the Heat on Monday. He's expected to serve in a depth role in the backcourt for his new squad.

Nunn will be traded to the Wizards, along with three second-round picks, in exchange for Rui Hachimura, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

EDGE Analysis

The deal won't be completed until Monday afternoon, but all indications are that the Lakers will acquire Hachimura to combat their frontcourt depth issues. Along with the second-rounders, they'll ship Nunn out to Washington, where he'll battle with Monte Morris, Delon Wright, Corey Kispert and Will Barton for minutes in the backcourt. After missing all of last season due to injury, Nunn has appeared in 39 games for the Lakers in 2022-23, posting 6.7 points, 1.4 rebounds and 1.1 threes in just 13.5 minutes per game. He likely won't find himself in a markedly better fantasy situation with the Wizards.

Nunn finished as the Lakers' third-leading scorer Monday behind LeBron James (48) and Russell Westbrook (24). The reserve guard got to his point total with an efficient 7-for-12 overall shooting mark despite making just one of five shots from three-point range. Nunn has scored 12 or more points four times in his past six games, though he tallied a combined six points over the other two contests in that span. He remains a volatile fantasy target.

Nunn accumulated 23 points (9-16 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, two assists and one steal in 27 minutes during Friday's 130-114 victory over the Hawks.

EDGE Analysis

Nunn tied a season high with 27 minutes Friday, as the Lakers looked to him to fill the void left by the absences of Austin Reaves (hamstring) and Lonnie Walker (knee). Nunn responded with an efficient shooting performance that helped him finish second on the team in scoring, just two points behind LeBron James' 25. Nunn has struggled to maintain consistent playing time or production this season, but with both Reaves and Walker set to miss multiple weeks, this could be a prime opportunity for him to state his case for a larger role in the Lakers' rotation.

Nunn ended Wednesday's 134-120 loss to the Kings with zero points (0-6 FG, 0-1 3Pt) across 11 minutes.

EDGE Analysis

Nunn was expected to have a much larger role with Russell Westbrook (foot) sidelined, but Nunn failed to score and only played 11 minutes. His horrible line is a result of coach Darvin Ham's continued experimentation with the rotation, and Nunn was the obvious victim Wednesday. Until a more prominent role solidifies, Nunn is a very risky fantasy proposition.
