Utah is expected to re-engage their talks with Josh Howard.
Howard had an up-and-down year with Utah and had a tough time fending off injuries. He missed 23 games and logged 23.0 minutes per contest in his first campaign in Utah last season. If they do bring Howard back, it could get messy for fantasy with all the players on the wing vying for minutes. Alec Burks had a phenomenal Summer League and Utah acquired Marvin Williams via trade. The Wake Forest product is likely off the fantasy radar in 12-team drafts.

Josh Howard is expected to soon choose which team he'll sign with -- his options include the Jazz, Pacers, Warriors, Nets and Knicks.
Howard said he's 100 percent recovered from knee surgery he had during last season, and he'll add some versatility and experience to whichever team's bench he joins.

Josh Howard is drawing interest from the Mavericks, Jazz, Lakers, Nets, Spurs and Celtics.
Howard played well enough with Utah last year to drum up considerable interest as a FA, despite his 39.9 percent shooting and continued injury woes. He'll likely fill a veteran bench role wherever he lands.

Unrestricted free agent Josh Howard (knee surgery) is now 100 percent healthy.
Howard is fully recovered from the arthroscopic surgery he had during the regular season. This is an indication that he was playing at less than full health during the postseason, but anyone who watched him attempting to move around the court could have said the same thing. He'll draw some interest on the open market, but he's done nothing to quell concerns about his durability.

Josh Howard would reportedly "love" to play for the Warriors.
This tidbit was "overheard in the NBA pre-draft combine lobby," so don't take it as a fact. Furthermore, the Warriors are eager to add a SG/SF through the draft, and Howard isn't an improvement over existing swingmen Dorell Wright, Richard Jefferson and (if they retain him) Brandon Rush.

Josh Howard will start at SF again on Wednesday, despite his poor play in Game 1.
The Jazz have admitted to being shocked by the intensity of the playoffs, and Utah's coaching staff is hopeful that Howard's experience will settle things down. They won't put a limit on his playing time, but if he struggles he could be yanked in favor of newly-minted backup DeMarre Carroll.

Josh Howard will "likely" start again in Game 2 against the Spurs.
Howard didn't score in Game 1 and missed all four of his shots in 16 minutes of action, but Tyrone Corbin likes his postseason experience. Howard could be on a short leash after DeMarre Carroll came off the bench for seven points and four rebounds in 22 minutes on Sunday.

Josh Howard was scoreless in a start at SF for the Jazz on Sunday, missing all four of his shot attempts in 16 minutes.
Howard was very rusty, understandable given that he's only appeared in two games since hurting his knee in mid-March. DeMarre Carroll, whom Howard displaced in the starting five, came off the bench for seven points and four rebounds in 22 minutes. Utah will need more from both guys if they hope to upset the Spurs.

Josh Howard will start at SF for the Jazz on Sunday, replacing DeMarre Carroll.
Howard looked good in Utah's regular season finale on Thursday, scoring 12 points and grabbing six rebounds. His veteran savvy will be welcome against the far more experienced Spurs.

Josh Howard is "likely" to see more minutes in Thursday's regular season finale.
Beat writer Brian Smith speculates that Tyrone Corbin could give his starters more rest than usual, but that's not set in stone. Howard will see more time as he prepares for the postseason, while Raja Bell (knee) is also a candidate to see an increase in minutes as well.
