Wall (knee) is uncertain to play in Tuesday's preseason opener against the Heat, J. Michael of CSN Mid-Atlantic reports.
EDGE Analysis
After requiring offseason procedures on both of his knees, Wall has been limited during the early stages of training camp. He has yet to take part in any five-on-five drills or scrimmages, which is a hurdle he'll need to clear in order to appear in exhibition play. Wall said he's hopeful to practice Monday, after which the Wizards will determine his status for Tuesday's contest. With a little less than a month away from the start of the regular season, Wall still has a few weeks to get back to 100 percent, so his lack of full-contact activity shouldn't dissuade fantasy owners too much from investing an early-round pick in him.

Wall (knee) will be limited when training camp opens Tuesday, J. Michael of CSN Mid Atlantic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Wall underwent procedures on both knees over the summer and is still recovering from surgery to remove bone spurs in his left knee. The point guard has been working in one-on-one and three-on-three settings of late, but the team will limit him to begin camp Tuesday, with new coach Scott Brooks telling the media that Wall take part in "some of our practice, not all." The Wizards haven't stated when they anticipate Wall returning to full practice, but the expectation is that he'll be ready before the regular season opens.

Wizards coach Scott Brooks indicated Wednesday that Wall's (knee) status for the start of training camp is uncertain, Candace Buckner of The Washington Post reports. "[Wall is] doing some one-on-one, he's doing some three-on-three. Not really worried about that," Brooks said, regarding the point guard's availability for camp. "Like all of our athletes, I want them to be ready but he's definitely moving towards that direction."
EDGE Analysis
Wall underwent surgeries on both of his knees during the offseason after playing through most of the 2015-16 campaign at less than full health. While his right knee appears to be in sound condition based on reports earlier this summer, he's still recovering from the procedure on the left knee, which required the removal of a bone spur. It's generally expected that Wall will be ready to go by the time the regular season begins, but an extended absence during training camp could cause him to fall a few spots in fantasy drafts.

Wall (knee) has resumed taking part in one-on-one drills, CSN Mid-Atlantic's Chris Miller reports.
EDGE Analysis
Wall indicated that he's not rushing to resume five-on-five work, but that could arrive at some point during training camp, which begins later this month. While Wall may still be limited in camp as he recovers from surgery on both knees, it's expected that he'll be ready for the start of the regular season. The 26-year-old should make for a solid pick in the first two rounds of most fantasy drafts after averaging a career-high 19.9 points and 10.2 assists per game a season ago.

Wall (knee) is progressing well from offseason surgery, Candace Buckner of the Washington Post reports. "I just came from the doctor and I'm right where I'm supposed to be but I'm not in a rush," said Wall on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
Buckner reports that Wall has been working out twice a day and getting shots up, but he hasn't quite progressed to playing one-on-one. Still, the season is over a month away, so it's not unusual for a player like Wall to be taking a measured approach to his recovery in order to not push things too quickly. By every indication, Wall remains on schedule with his recovery.

Wall (knee) is expected to resume running at full speed by late July, J. Michael of CSN Mid-Atlantic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Wall underwent surgery May 5 to address both of his knees, with the right one requiring some minor cleanup and the left one requiring the removal of a bone spur. The point guard appears to be further along in his recovery with the right knee than the left knee, but he's already been able to start doing some light basketball-related activities. Wall played most of last season while nursing sore knees, but still posted career-high averages in points (19.9), assists (10.2), rebounds (4.9) and steals (1.9). If he enters the 2016-17 season at full health as expected and is able to do a better job of avoiding the sort of recurring issues that dogged him the season before, Wall could take his production to even greater heights.

Wall (knee) is ahead of schedule in his recovery from offseason knee surgery, Todd Dybas of the Washington Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Wall underwent a procedure in early May to "excise calcific deposits in his patella tendon," and the expectation is he'll be healthy well in advance of the Wizards' training camp in the fall. Wall is an invitee to Team USA Training Camp at the end of the month, and at this point it seems unlikely he'll be able to participate. For what it's worth, Wall, himself, expressed back in August that he was not optimistic about his chances to make the final, 12-man roster that will head to Rio at the end of the summer.

Wall underwent an procedure on his leftknee Thursday to "excise calcific deposits in his patella tendon," Jeff Zillgitt of USA Today reports.
EDGE Analysis
According to a release from the Wizards, Wall will begin rehabbing immediately and is expected to have no trouble being available for the start of the 2016-17 season. The team also announced that Wall underwent another arthroscopic procedure on his right knee in order to "remove loose bodies." Washington did not provide any sort of concrete return timeline, and at this point it's unclear if Wall's availability for Team USA minicamp next month will be impacted.

Wall (knee) will be out for Wednesday's game against the Hawks, Jorge Castillo of The Washington Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
This will be the fifth consecutive game Wall has missed due to right knee soreness. Since the Wizards have been eliminated from playoff contention, the Wizards were most likely not dying to risk further injury to their star player. With Wall out, expect Ramon Sessions to get the start and the majority of the minutes at point guard.

Wall (knee) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Nets, Jorge Castillo of the Washington Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Ramon Sessions seems to be in store for a plethora of minutes yet again Monday as Wall misses his fourth consecutive game with right knee soreness. At this point it would be surprising if Wall managed to play in the regular season finale Wednesday against the Hawks, especially since the Wizards have already been eliminated from playoff contention.
