That being said, Jordan is still behind Brook Lopez and Kevin Garnett in the pecking order of Brooklyn frontcourt players.

Jordan has carved out a small role in Brooklyn's rotation this season despite playing behind Brook Lopez, Mason Plumlee, and Kevin Garnett. However, the former Tulsa standout is still limited on the court and is only a viable option in the deepest of leagues.

Jordan signed with the Nets on Thursday, ESPN New York reports. The terms of the deal are yet to be released, but Jordan's contract is almost certainly unguaranteed. The Tulsa product will attempt to crack the roster in training camp but is a likely candidate to be cut prior to the regular season. Jordan spent last season overseas, playing in both Lebanon and Italy.
