Sims isn't in the starting lineup for Monday's game against the Magic.
EDGE Analysis
Sims stepped into the starting lineup Friday with Kyle Kuzma (calf) ruled out, and he stepped up by grabbing 15 rebounds. However, Sims will return to his typical bench role Monday with Kuzma cleared for a return.

Sims provided four points (2-3 FG, 0-1 FT), 15 rebounds, four assists and two blocks over 31 minutes during Friday's 105-99 win over Indiana.
EDGE Analysis
With Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) and Kyle Kuzma (calf) both sidelined Friday, Sims got the starting nod for the first time since Dec. 18. The big man grabbed a game- and career-high 15 rebounds while also tying the game-best mark in swats. He isn't guaranteed to see significant minutes when the team is near full health and doesn't offer much on the offensive end, though he has logged 20-plus minutes in three straight outings. However, it's worth noting Bobby Portis missed the first two games of that stretch due to a hip issue.

Sims posted eight points (4-4 FG), six rebounds and four assists in 28 minutes during Wednesday's 141-137 overtime win over the Pelicans.
EDGE Analysis
Bobby Portis (hip) missed both halves of the Bucks' back-to-back set, enabling Sims to show what he's capable of as the No. 2 center option behind Myles Turner. Sims has logged at least eight points and six boards to go with multiple assists in consecutive outings, though his place in Milwaukee's rotation seems to be largely contingent upon the availability of Portis going forward.

The Bucks will give Bobby Portis a look alongside Myles Turner on Sunday. In a spot start Thursday against Toronto, Sims had six points, seven rebounds and one assist in 26 minutes.

Sims is starting Thursday's game against the Raptors.
EDGE Analysis
Sims will draw his third start in five games after Kyle Kuzma (illness) was ruled out Thursday. Sims hasn't been able to capitalize on his previous two opportunities with the first unit, as he's been held to two points in each start despite logging 30 or more minutes.

Smis will come off the bench Thursday against Boston.
EDGE Analysis
Sims has been ineffective in his last two appearances, posting averages of 2.0 points, 6.0 rebounds and 0.5 blocks in 30.5 minutes per contest. For that reason, the Bucks will roll with a smaller lineup featuring Gary Trent in the first unit.

Sims ended with two points (1-1 FG), three rebounds, one assist and one steal in 31 minutes during Saturday's 124-112 loss to the Pistons.
EDGE Analysis
Sims was a non-factor yet again despite starting for the second straight game. Head coach Doc Rivers seems to favor Sims as the replacement for Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee). Nonetheless, it doesn't seem as though Sims is worth the attention of fantasy managers.

Sims will start against the 76ers on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
With Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) sidelined, Sims will get the starting nod for the second time this season. Over his last five appearances (one start), the 27-year-old big man has averaged 5.2 points and 6.4 rebounds across 19.8 minutes per contest.

Sims finished with 15 points (7-7 FG, 1-1 FT), 14 rebounds and one assist over 30 minutes off the bench during Wednesday's 113-109 win over the Pistons.
EDGE Analysis
The 30 minutes were a season high for Sims, as he took on a much larger role than usual after Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) exited the game after just three minutes, and the fifth-year center responded by setting a new career scoring high and tying his personal best in boards. The double-double was his first of the season and first since 2022-23 with the Knicks, but Sims should see his workload increase at least a little for however long Giannis is missing from the Bucks' frontcourt.
