Lin (ankle) is considered day-to-day but is hopeful to play against the Suns on Thursday, Bryan Fonseca of NetsDaily.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lin injured his ankle against the Mavericks on Sunday and was forced to sit out Tuesday's game against the Pistons. The injury isn't considered serious and he shouldn't be held out much longer, even if he does sit out Thursday. If he is limited or held out against the Suns look for Spencer Dinwiddie and Isaiah Whitehead to again pick up extra minutes.

Lin (ankle) has been ruled out of Tuesday's tilt with the Pistons, Ron Beard of The Detroit News reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lin has been ruled day-to-day due to a sprained right ankle but all reports indicate the veteran is trending upwards. In his absence, look for Spencer Dinwiddie to get the spot start with Isaiah Whitehead also likely to see increased minutes off the bench. Lin's next chance to return to the court will come Thursday when the Nets face the Suns.

Lin (ankle), who is listed as doubtful for Tuesday's game against the Pistons, is considered day-to-day and isn't expected to miss much time, ESPN.com's Ohm Youngmisuk reports. "I'm encouraged," Lin said. "It was just an ankle tweak thing and not like a hamstring."
EDGE Analysis
Lin sprained the ankle in Sunday's loss to the Mavericks and didn't return to the contest, but fortunately, it seems he's avoided a serious injury. The 29-year-old has been plagued by hamstring issues on multiple occasions this season and has been limited to 25 appearances, but the ankle issue isn't related and doesn't seem to be nearly as severe. Considering that the Nets aren't playing for a playoff spot at this point in the season, it wouldn't be surprising if the team acted conservatively with Lin and held him out Tuesday, and possibly a few additional contests. Spencer Dinwiddie is expected to start at point guard Tuesday in place of Lin after providing 18 points and seven dimes off the bench Sunday.

Lin (ankle) has been ruled doubtful for Tuesday's tilt with the Pistons.
EDGE Analysis
Lin sprained his right ankle in Sunday's loss to the Mavericks and will be a game-time decision Tuesday as a result. Look for more updates to come either after morning shootaround or during pregame warmups. Should he be ruled out, Spencer Dinwiddie would likely be bumped into the starting rotation, with Isaiah Whitehead also likely to see increased action.

Lin suffered a sprained right ankle in Sunday's game against the Mavericks and won't return, Earl K. Sneed of Mavs.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lin went down with the ankle injury during the first half of Sunday's game, playing just seven minutes, while posting four points (2-4 FG, 0-1 3Pt) and a turnover. He'll likely have the ankle reevaluated after the game, which should give us a better indication on whether or not he'll miss additional time. The Nets' next contest comes against the Pistons on Tuesday, so Lin can tentatively be considered questionable.

Lin tallied 15 points (5-16 FG, 2-9 3Pt, 3-3 FT), eight assists, four rebounds and two steals across 30 minutes during Thursday's 121-110 victory over the Knicks.
EDGE Analysis
Lin has played well since the beginning of March, averaging 16.4 points, 3.9 assists, 3.3 rebounds, and 0.8 steals across 23.4 minutes per game over the past eight outings. Thursday also marked a rare cold shooting performance from behind the arc for the 29-year-old, who's shot 44.7 percent from three over that stretch. Though the Nets boast the league's worst record and don't have much to play for, Lin's return to the team after missing 44 games due to injury is a positive sign for the club heading into next season. Per 36 minutes, Lin is arguably having the best statistical season of his career, averaging 21.9 points, 7.5 assists, 4.7 rebounds, and 1.7 steals per game by that metric.

Lin scored 24 points (8-15 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 6-6 FT) while adding five assists, two rebounds, a steal and a block in 26 minutes during Tuesday's 122-104 loss to the Thunder.
EDGE Analysis
March has so far been his best month of the season, as Lin is averaging 16.4 points, 3.9 assists, 3.3 boards and 2.1 three-pointers through eight games. With the Nets playing for nothing but the Celtics' lottery position (thanks to the 2013 Kevin Garnett/Paul Pierce deal), the 28-year-old guard should continue to see a big role in the Nets' offense down the stretch.

Lin scored 18 points (5-10 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 5-6 FT) while adding four rebounds and one assist across 24 minutes in Monday's 122-109 victory over the Grizzlies.
EDGE Analysis
That's now consecutive games where Lin has scored 18 points as he is starting to get more aggressive on offense again after missing time with a hamstring injury. His minutes have been consistent around 25 per game all season, so the Nets aren't easing him back into action, but rather just waiting for someone to separate themselves from the rotation of average players they have at the guard position. If Lin continues to be productive, he could do just that and have a chance to perhaps capture the "Linsanity" form he once had in a different uniform in New York.

Lin tallied 18 points (6-14 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block over 22 minutes in Saturday's 130-116 loss to the Trail Blazers.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran point guard is still nowhere close to playing a starter's allotment of minutes, but he's been highly efficient with modest playing time in two of the last three games. After racking up a quick 17 points in 20 minutes two games ago against the Kings, Lin bounced back Saturday with his highest number of shot attempts since returning from a lengthy absence due to a hamstring injury, resulting in a season-high scoring total. He also reached a high-water mark in made three-pointers, and is boasting a 58.3 percent success rate from long range over the first three games of March. Given his recent success, it may not be long before the seventh-year pro sees an uptick in minutes, which could lead to favorable returns for owners still hanging on to him.

Lin recorded 17 points (5-10 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 5-6 FT), five assists, and two rebounds in 20 minutes during Wednesday's 109-100 win over the Kings.
EDGE Analysis
Lin received just 15 minutes apiece in each of his first two games coming back from hamstring issues. He is being eased back into the flow of things slowly, but Wednesday's effort was extremely impressive. Since the Nets don't have much to play for besides pride over the last couple months of the season, Lin may not be pushed to play heavy minutes. Nevertheless, he showed that he's capable of producing decent counting stats even in fairly limited time, and thus fantasy owners who've held onto him this long can safely re-insert him back into lineups.
