Jeff Foote has signed with Zalgiris. Foote averaged 14.6 points and 9.0 rebounds in the D-League last season, and after having a cup of coffee with the Hornets was not re-signed by the team.

Jeff Foote was not re-signed to a second 10-day contract by the Hornets. Foote's services were no longer needed with Jason Smith (concussion) and Carl Landry (knee) on the comeback trail.
