He did have eight rebounds (five offensive) and three assists, and he hasn't been shy about shooting the ball, but he's hurting fantasy owners with brutal 27.5 percent shooting over the past six games (combined 19-of-69 FGs). Boston plays four road games this week and fantasy owners will have to either gamble on a bounce-back from Sully or find another productive big man until he gets back on track.

He decided to play without a protective wrap on his hand on Friday, he said, because "you use your hands a lot to box out, little stuff like that is bothering me." Sullinger has recorded two straight double-doubles and shows no signs of sitting out with the injury, so fantasy owners should hang on tight -- it helps that Boston plays four games in each of the next three weeks.

Jared Sullinger and Jordan Crawford combined to hit just 5-of-31 shots in the Celtics' 95-92 home loss to the Pelicans on Friday. Sullinger still managed 13 points (7-of-7 FTs) with 11 rebounds, one steal and one block, and likewise Crawford had five points, four rebounds, 11 assists and a steal. In particular for Crawford the shooting number is going to be something to be watched, but for now owners can simply dust themselves off and move on with two guys that have been mostly consistent for a while.

Jared Sullinger had an MRI on his left hand and met with the trainers on Friday. Everything seems to be fine and Sullinger played 31 minutes on Thursday. He seems like the only Celtics big man who is truly safe in the rotation and should be owned in all leagues. He'll have his hands full tonight vs. Anthony Davis, though.

He's blocking more shots lately and is starting to become a more well-rounded fantasy asset. The second-year big man is worth owning in all standard leagues.

He aggravated a deep bone bruise in his left hand on Tuesday and he's dealing with sprained ligaments in his left wrist, but thus far it hasn't cost him any games. Brad Stevens gave extra playing time to backups Kelly Olynyk and Kris Humphries in the Celtics' last game but that was only because they were playing exceptionally well, and Sullinger should play closer to his usual 30 minutes tonight.

Sullinger fell hard on his hand, possibly aggravating a pre-existing bruise and sprained ligaments, but neither he nor Stevens seemed concerned after the game. "Kelly [Olynyk] and [Kris Humphries] had a roll. I don't know why I would've gone back in," Sullinger said, adding that he doesn't expect to miss any games. As a precaution, we'll keep him listed as questionable for Thursday's game.

Sullinger came into the game with a bruised hand and sprained ligaments in his wrist, and he aggravated the injuries when he crashed onto the court in the first half. He did start the second half but was favoring his left hand and eventually went back into the locker room for a second time with trainers. Kelly Olynyk, Kris Humphries, Gerald Wallace and Brandon Bass will pick up the slack in his absence.

His fantasy owners shouldn't panic and this could be a buy-low opportunity after just a one-game week in weekly formats.
