The NBA has fined the Spurs $250,000 for sending stars Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili and Danny Green home before Thursday's road game in Miami on Thursday night.
Hopefully this will close the book on 'Pop vs. Stern,' although a new precedent has been set regarding benching healthy players. It will be interesting to see how things go near the end of the season when teams start resting stars in preparation for the playoffs.
David Stern is a ass. 250,000 really. The NBA is all about making money off stars. Now I see why the NBA is the way it is it a marketing sport. Thats why this All Star voting/ game is a joke this year also with that new not center rule. David Stern hurry up and leave. And Im a Grizz fan.

All thats gonna happen now is the teams just gone come up with bogus injuries to rest their players. How can you tell a team how to play its players?
