Unrestricted FA Bill Walker worked out for the Cavs.
According to the News-Herald, Walker "might make some sense" for the team as the Cavs look to add some depth on the wing. Walker, who was waived by the Knicks in April, shouldn't cost more than the veteran's minimum if Cleveland were to seriously pursue him.

Knicks waived G/F Bill Walker on Friday.
Walker was a casualty of the Knicks signing of Dan Gadzuric earlier in the day. Walker averaged 5.9 points, 2.5 rebounds and 19.4 minutes over 32 games (eight starts) this season for New York. He will look to latch on with another team needing a wing player.

Walker will likely be buried in the rotation upon his return and isn't worth fantasy consideration in standard-sized leagues.

Bill Walker (elbow surgery) could be back in 1-2 weeks, according to Mike Woodson.
This far from a concrete timetable, and it's hard to envision Walker consistently getting significant run given the Knicks' crowd at shooting guard and small forward. Walker hasn't appeared in a game since Feb. 17.

Bill Walker will miss 4-6 weeks after surgery on Monday to clean out his left elbow.
It's an unfortunate blow for Walker and the Knicks, but if the team stays healthy his absence shouldn't be very noticeable in fantasy leagues. It sounds like he'll be ready for a possible playoff run.

Walker's diagnosis is mere "soreness." He is going to be a healthy scratch a lot of nights anyway now that the Knicks are at full strength.
