The Thunder only used six players, and with Isaiah Roby picking up five fouls in 14 minutes, it was essentially a five-man rotation for much of the night. Kalaitzakis was one of five players who saw at least 43 minutes of action. His final stat line was far and away the best of his career. Prior to this week, he'd never played more than 13 minutes in an NBA game. He'll likely see big minutes again in Sunday's regular-season finale against the Clippers.

Kalaitzakis finished with 17 points (6-13 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 3-8 FT), one rebound, two assists, one block and three steals across 43 minutes during Tuesday's 98-94 victory over Portland.

EDGE Analysis

The rookie made nine appearances with the Bucks earlier this season, and this was his debut with the Thunder, but there's no question he made a good impression. With only a few games left in the schedule, Kalaitzakis might very well remain a starter until the Thunder season is over.

Kalaitzakis will get the nod in his first game as a member of the Thunder. The 60th overall pick in last summer's draft, Kalaitzakis made the Milwaukee roster out of training camp, but he was waived in early December after appearing in nine contests for the Bucks and averaging 1.8 points in 5.3 minutes per game. The 23-year-old wing then caught on with the Thunder's G League affiliate, and he'll now make his way to the parent club for the final week of the season while Oklahoma City is without several players due to injury. Since the Thunder have only nine other healthy players available for Tuesday's game against Portland, Kalaitzakis could find himself in the rotation.

Kalaitzakis was an effective scorer Friday, but it wasn't enough to end the season with a win against Iowa. The rookie out of the Greek Basket League scored 10.1 points in 19.7 minutes per game this season, shooting 42.2 percent from the floor. He started in just two of his 31 appearances for the Blue.

Kalaitzakis put up 17 points (5-13 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 3-3 FT), six rebounds, five assists, two steals and a block across 28 minutes in Saturday's 102-73 victory over the Salt Lake City Stars.

EDGE Analysis

Kalaitzakis led his team in scoring Saturday despite a so-so shooting day, and he also finished first in assists while coming off the bench. He's averaging 10.3 points in 19.6 minutes per game, but he's started in just two of his 27 G League appearances for OKC this season.

Kalaitzakis registered 12 points (3-5 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, one assist and one steal across 16 minutes in Thursday's 114-99 loss to the Stockton Kings.

Kalaitzakis came off the bench and shot efficiently in Thursday's defeat against Stockton. He's averaging 10.0 points in just 19.2 minutes per game this season, but he's shooting just 24.2 percent from deep for the Blue.

Kalaitzakis recorded 14 points (5-12 FG, 0-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), eight rebounds, four assists and a steal across 36 minutes in Friday's 107-103 loss to the Iowa Wolves.

Kalaitzakis played well in many aspects of Friday's game and led his team in rebounds. However, he missed all six of his three-point attempts and it cost his team in a tight defeat. He's shooting 2.7 three-pointers per game in the G League despite making just 23.3 percent of them this season.
