Garrett Siler has signed with Jiangsu in China. Siler was waived by the Suns in January and his best chance at a successful pro basketball career is by playing overseas.

The Suns waived rookie center Garrett Siler on Monday. That takes the Suns' roster down to the league minimum of 13 players.
