Former Wizards swingman Edwin Ubiles has signed with Cholet Basket in France. Ubiles was named the D-League's Rookie of the Year last season, after averaging 19.2 points, 5 rebounds, 3.1 assists for the Dakota Wizards. He played for the Bulls during Summer League, also, but apparently no NBA team was willing to give him a guaranteed contract.

Edwin Ubiles was claimed off waivers by WAS on Saturday March 24.

Wizards rookie Edwin Ubiles came off the bench for 10 points in 18 minutes on Saturday, making 4-of-8 FGs with one 3-pointer, two rebounds and one block. This is the first time Ubiles has made any fantasy noise in his four games with Washington, but he's played at least 12 minutes in each of the past three games. Owners in deep leagues should at least keep an eye on the undrafted swingman.
