Fox was promoted to the Team USA National roster ahead of the FIBA World Cup, Chris Haynes of Yahoo! Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
While a number of high-profile NBA stars have dropped out of FIBA consideration in recent weeks, Fox will move up from the Select team and will likely have a good chance to make the final roster, which will head to China at the end of August. The Kentucky product is coming off of an impressive second year in the league in which he averaged 17.3 points, 7.3 assists, 3.8 rebounds and 1.6 steals in 81 games.

Fox finished with 17 points (8-10 FG, 1-1 3Pt), nine assists and one rebound across 17 minutes in the Kings' 136-131 loss to the Trail Blazers on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Fox was extremely efficient with his limited playing time, and he closed out an outstanding sophomore campaign by shooting 18-for-28 over his last two games. The 2017 fifth overall pick averaged 17.3 points (on 45.8 percent shooting, including 37.1 percent from three-point range), 7.3 assists, 3.8 rebounds and 1.6 steals across 31.4 minutes while only missing one game. Looking ahead to next season, another leap forward could certainly be in the cards for Fox, who should see his scoring bump up another notch with at least a slight improvement in shooting.

Fox (foot) offered 24 points (10-18 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 3-3 FT), 11 assists, six rebounds, three steals and one block across 35 minutes in the Kings' 133-129 loss to the Pelicans on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Fox shook off his probable designation to put together an excellent all-around effort, one that saw him check in second only to Harrison Barnes in scoring on the night for the Kings. The second-year guard had played only eight minutes against the Jazz on Friday before exiting with his foot injury, but he was clearly unencumbered while producing his second-double-double on the last three games. Fox now has six double-digit scoring efforts in the last eight contests on his way to closing out a breakout sophomore campaign in strong fashion.

Fox (foot) is listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Pelicans.
EDGE Analysis
Fox was removed from Friday's game against Utah after eight minutes of run due to right foot soreness. Given the fact that the Kings are outside of the playoff race and have just two games remaining, Fox could be held out if he experiences any discomfort pregame Sunday. That said, current expectations are that he'll see the floor.

Fox was removed from Friday's game against Utah and won't return due to right foot soreness, James Ham of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
EDGE Analysis
Fox registered four points (2-5 FG), a rebound, an assist and a steal over eight minutes prior to departing. He'll be considered day-to-day moving forward, although the Kings are unlikely to rush him back into action with only two games left on the docket this season.

Fox had 25 points (11-22 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-3 FT), 12 assists, five rebounds, three steals, and one block in 37 minutes during Thursday's 121-118 loss to New Orleans.
EDGE Analysis
This loss basically rules the Kings out of playoff basketball, however, it certainly didn't slow Fox who had a nice all-around performance. In fact, it was his seventh 20-10 game of the season, something that people would not have expected at the beginning of the season. He has had himself a breakout campaign and is going to rocket up the draft boards next season with owners likely having to grab him in at least the fifth round of standard leagues.

Fox had 23 points (6-16 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 11-12 FT), eight assists, and five rebounds in 32 minutes during Tuesday's 125-121 victory over Dallas.
EDGE Analysis
Fox hit just 6-of-16 from the field, continuing to struggle on the offensive end. Thankfully, he was able to compensate with an impressive 11-of-12 from the charity stripe. He also failed to record a defensive stat after accumulating a whopping six steals and one block in his previous outing. The Kings are playing for pride right now, and are likely pushing to finish the season with a positive record. There has been no talk of a shutdown at all and Fox should continue to put up numbers similar to his season averages moving forward.

Fox totaled nine points (3-16 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, four assists, six steals and one block across 27 minutes in the Kings' 111-106 loss to the Lakers on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Fox enjoyed diametrically opposite games on each end of the floor, as he generated his worst shooting performance since coming up empty on four attempts Dec. 17 against the Timberwolves but also recorded a season-high six steals. Fox is actually in a modest two-game slump offensively, as he'd also gone just 3-for-12 from the field against the Suns on Saturday. However, given his body of work overall this season, it's likely he bounces back from that pair of outliers in short order as the Kings continue to try and hold on to playoff hopes.

Fox finished with 27 points (10-20 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 5-7 FT), nine assists, four rebounds, and one steal in 35 minutes during Tuesday's 123-121 loss to the Nets.
EDGE Analysis
Fox was dominant in the first half Tuesday, ending the game with 27 points and nine assists. After establishing a 28 point lead, the Kings faltered late to allow the Nets to leave with a two-point victory. Fox has been one of the more surprising fantasy players this season and is sure to be drafted a lot higher heading into next year. The Kings are out of the playoff race but should continue to play their young guys moving forward.
