Fox scored 22 of his points in the fourth quarter, and his layup with less than a second to go sealed the win for the Kings. He enjoyed success in the paint more often than usual, as the standout guard found numerous opportunities to drive to the basket. After scoring 20-plus points on a fairly consistent basis during the first month of the season, Fox's scoring production recently started seeing a decline. However, the former Kentucky guard has put up at least 24 points in two straight games this week, including a game-high 24 on Friday. He's still struggling with efficiency, but he's also produced 19 assists and 11 rebounds over the past two games as well.

Fox returned to the starting lineup Tuesday following a two-game absence due to a sore right foot, but he struggled with his shot and submitted just one assist during the blowout loss to Philadelphia. Coming into the contest, the sixth-year guard was averaging 22.8 points, 5.6 assists, 5.0 rebounds and 1.0 steals, so Tuesday's poor performance can likely be chalked up to rust. The good news is that Fox isn't listed on the injury report for the second half of the Kings' back-to-back set Wednesday, so he should be full go and will look to get back on track against Toronto.
