Collison will miss Wednesday's contest against the Suns for personal reasons.
EDGE Analysis
The specifics of his absence or how long he is expected to be out are unclear, though we know he'll miss Wednesday's contest. In his stead, Cory Joseph and Lance Stephenson are candidates to absorb Collison's minutes -- both making for intriguing DFS plays.

Collison posted 15 points (6-12 FG, 1-3 3pt, 2-2 FT), four assists, two rebounds and three steals in 34 minutes during Sunday's 94=86 win over the Spurs.
EDGE Analysis
Although Collison has shown difficulty in out-pacing] Cory Joesph at point guard in recent weeks, that wasn't the case on 'Sunday. Although Collison is the clear-cut starter, Jsoeph is seeing almost 29 minutes off the bench in 'January, which is slowly chipping away at Collison's value. This situation warrants a closer look for Collison owners in seasonal formats.

Collison totaled 23 points (9-14 FG, 5-6 3PT) and three assists in a 100-86 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
The 23 points from Collison marked his third-highest total of the season, as he did that damage very efficiently. That's been a huge plus with Collison recently too, as he is 29-of-44 from the field across his last four games. That's more of a center type of line and it shows just how careful Collison is with his shot selection. The six three-point attempts here also marked a season-high, as he may take on a bigger scoring load in the absence of Myles Turner (elbow)

Collison provided 19 points (8-14 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, two assists and one steal across 27 minutes in Sunday's 120-97 win over the Suns.
EDGE Analysis
Collison was efficient with his minutes and continued his torrid stretch from the field, one that's seen him shoot at least 50.0 percent for all six games of January. The veteran guard has been particularly effective on the defensive end as well, as he's recorded at least one steal in five of those contests, with multiple thefts in three of them. The aforementioned improved shooting has spearheaded an offensive surge for Collison, whose 14.8 scoring average thus far in January is his best monthly total in that category this season.

Collison scored 22 points (9-11 FG, 1-1 3PT, 3-4 FT) to go with two rebounds, four assists and two steals in 35 minutes during Friday' 97-95 win against Cleveland.
EDGE Analysis
Collison led all Indiana scorers on an extremely efficient 9-of-11 from the floor for 22 points. While his 12.5 points per game average is solid, efficiency is the guard's strength. For the season, Collison is shooting a career-high 49.8 percent on 9.1 shots per game. As a result, Friday's 22 points are an added bonus for Collison, who has surpassed the 20 point mark in only five games to date.

Collison collected 11 points (3-6 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 4-4 FT), seven assists, two rebounds, one steal and one block across 28 minutes during Monday's 109-96 win over Milwaukee.
EDGE Analysis
Since Collison tied his season-high 30 points Dec. 29 against Chicago, he's essentially regressed back into his normal role. Over the past four games, he's averaged 11.5 points, 3.3 assists and 1.0 steals across 25.3 minutes per game. Between Victor Oladipo playing way above expectation and various other bench options available to provide offense -- such as Cory Joseph and Lance Stephenson -- Collison hasn't played as big of a role in gameplan as some anticipated.

Collison provided 30 points (12-16 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five assists, three rebounds and two steals across 39 minutes in Friday's 119-107 loss to the Bulls.
EDGE Analysis
Taking on a much larger offensive role with backcourt mate Victor Oladipo (knee) sidelined, Collison exploded for his best scoring total in a Pacers uniform. The combination of increased responsibility and one of the best matchups for point guards in the league helped lead to the prolific night, one that also saw the veteran establish new high-water marks in made field goals, shot attempts and made three-pointers. While this caliber of effort is far from the norm for Collison, he's been a solid contributor in scoring, rebounds, assists and steals thus far, a trend that should endure regardless of Oladipo's presence in the lineup.

Collison tallied five points (2-6 FG, 1-3 3Pt) and one rebound across 18 minutes during a 107-83 loss to the Pistons on Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
Collison's five points marked his lowest scoring total of the month so far. The team got blown out in the loss, which also resulted in him playing a season-low 18 minutes. It was possibly Collison's worst game of the season, as he failed to register a single assist for the first time all year.

Collison (knee) will be available Wednesday against the Thunder.
EDGE Analysis
Collison was held out of Sunday's win over the Nuggets due to a minor knee issue, but he'll return to action Wednesday and will likely reclaim the starting point guard spot from Cory Joseph. Over his last four games, Collison is averaging 11.5 points, 5.3 assists and 3.8 rebounds in 25.5 minutes per game.

Collison (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's matchup with the Nuggets, Jeremiah Johnson of Fox Sports Indiana reports.
EDGE Analysis
Collison suffered the injury during Friday's game against the Cavaliers and while it's not considered to be anything serious, the Pacers will take a cautious approach and hold him out Sunday. He's being considered day-to-day moving forward, with his next shot to take the floor coming on Wednesday against the Thunder. Cory Joseph will start at point guard in Collison's place and should see the bulk of the workload.
