Daniel Orton (knee) is available to play against the Spurs on Monday. He said this is nothing he can't play through. That's not a surprise since this is an injury to the knee that hasn't been reconstructed. Still, Orton is playing just 13.4 minutes per game and is not a big part of the Sixers' rotation.

76ers center Daniel Orton will miss his second consecutive game on Sunday with a sore right knee. Spencer Hawes and Lavoy Allen will each have a few extra minutes in Orton's absence. He remains day-to-day in advance of Monday's game vs. the Spurs.

Daniel Orton (right knee soreness) will not play against the Cavs. Coach Brett Brown said Orton could be back in the lineup on Saturday. This is to his knee and not the one that had multiple surgeries before he entered the league in 2010. Spencer Hawes played 39 minutes on Wednesday and figures to get a bigger workload than his usual 30 minutes-per-game average. Hollis Thompson could pick up some minutes, too.

Daniel Orton is listed as day-to-day with knee soreness. While this isn't the same knee that has previously plagued Orton, he has dealt with knee issues in the past so this isn't great news. He's averaging just over 15 minutes per game this season, so fantasy owners in anything but the deepest of leagues shouldn't be too affected if Orton is forced to miss any time.

Daniel Orton is dealing with right knee soreness on Wednesday and will not return, according to the Sixers broadcast. He's had numerous problems with his left knee, so this is not that same knee that caused his draft stock to plummet back in 2010. Orton played just 15.8 minutes per game so far this season and finished Wednesday's game with five points and three boards in seven minutes.

Daniel Orton played 21 minutes against the Cavs on Monday and had two points, 10 boards, one block and one turnover. Outside of Thaddeus Young and Spencer Hawes, no other frontcourt player on the Sixers saw more than Orton's 21 minutes. He played 27 minutes on Thursday and had four blocks, so considering the lack of depth and how Hawes doesn't play big minutes, Orton could be someone worth watching in very deep leagues.

The 76ers have signed free agent C Daniel Orton, who was waived by the Thunder last week. Orton spent the bulk of the 2012-13 season playing in the D-League, where he averaged 12.5 points, 7.8 rebounds and 2.2 blocks in 28 minutes per game. With Nerlens Noel (knee) out indefinitely, the Sixers are thin enough in the middle that Orton has a realistic chance to make the roster. He's worth watching in fantasy leagues in case he emerges as a reliable bench player in Philly.

Thunder waive C Daniel Orton. The Thunder have plenty of options at center, including Kendrick Perkins, Steven Adams and Hasheem Thabeet, not to mention Serge Ibaka and Nick Collison, so there was simply no room for Orton. The Thunder have one more cut to make, as the roster stands at 16.

Daniel Orton is unlikely to remain with the Thunder after his Orlando Summer League showing. He was terrific in his 18.0 minutes of action in Orlando, averaging 12.0 points, 5.0 boards, 1.0 steals and 1.7 blocks on 66.7 percent shooting in three games. The Thunder are dangerously close to the luxury-tax threshold, which suggests that there's just no room for Orton. His impressive showing may have him latch on with another team.

Daniel Orton (mild concussion) is expected to play in Friday's Summer League game. The Thunder could still hold him out as a precaution. Orton has been impressive this week and his teammates are saying that he's putting in a ton of work at the gym. He was once a highly-touted prospect from Kentucky and he's starting to come into his own as he begins his fourth year as a pro. That said, he's still not on the fantasy radar yet.
