Former NBA sharpshooter Damon Jones has officially retired. Jones left the NBA after the 2008-09 season, playing in Italy and Puerto Rico before landing in the D-League last season, where he entertained the idea of a comeback. He now hopes to transition into "coaching, management, or whatever the situation may be," and he was given a leg up by Celtics assistant Tyronn Lue, who agreed to let him work with the Celts' Summer League team.

Former NBA guard Damon Jones was the high scorer during Josh Howard's charity game on Saturday, pouring in 54 points on ridiculous 18-of-25 shooting from downtown.
