Kaman said he didn't think he suffered a concussion and his status for Wednesday's game is unclear, as the results of a concussion test weren't immediately known Tuesday night. While getting accidentally bitten by a fellow player certainly isn't ideal, it shouldn't be something that sidelines him for the season opener.

Chris Kaman officially signed his two-year, $10M contract with the Trail Blazers on Thursday. "I am extremely pleased to add Chris to our roster," said Blazers Coach Terry Stotts. He had some issues with his coach and couldn't say healthy -- a common problem for Kaman.
