Bosh (calf) has told his inner circle that he has no plans of retiring and intends to return the floor next season for the Heat, the Miami Herald reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bosh hasn't spoken to the media since he was diagnosed with a recurrence of blood clotting in his left calf over the All-Star break, and the Heat are still labeling him out indefinitely while he recovers from the issue. The 11-time All-Star recently told teammates he wouldn't be able to return during the postseason, but he still plans on traveling with the team periodically, as he attended the Heat's Game 3 loss to the Hornets in Charlotte on Saturday. More information on Bosh's recovery should be made available during the offseason, but with consecutive seasons now coming to an end due to blood clots, there's a chance doctors may not be willing to permit the 32-year-old to play again.

Bosh (calf) is not expected to return during the postseason, Tim Reynolds of the Associated Press reports.
EDGE Analysis
While the Heat have not issued any sort of formal statement, Bosh addressed the team Friday and strongly intimated that he will not be cleared to return. "He doesn't have ability to be in [the playoffs]," teammate Dwyane Wade told reporters. Considering Bosh has been out since the All-Star break, the news comes as no surprise, though the Heat were still holding out some hope that Bosh would be cleared at some point. Now it looks as though Bosh is targeting a return for the start of the 2016-17 campaign.

Bosh (calf) is out for Wednesday's game against the Celtics, Tim Reynolds of the Associated Press reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bosh has been battling difficulties with reoccurring blood clots in his left calf. Though the Heat did not initially rule out Bosh's participation for the final few games of the regular season, it stands to reason that the Heat would like to rest him in order to keep him fresh for the playoffs. With Bosh out, look for Josh McRoberts, Amar'e Stoudemire and Hassan Whiteside to play extended minutes on Wednesday.

Coach Erik Spoelstra said Sunday that there were no new updates on Bosh's (calf) condition, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
EDGE Analysis
With two games remaining on the Heat's regular-season schedule following Sunday's win over the Magic in the home finale, it appears safe to conclude that Bosh won't be back for either matchup while he continues to remain away from the court due to a recurrence of blood clots in his left calf. However, it doesn't appear the Heat have ruled out a return for Bosh during the postseason, though it may take a deep run from the team before the veteran big man is ready to go. Since Bosh already suffered from blood clots a season earlier, team doctors may be inclined to take an even more conservative approach with the 32-year-old the second time around.

Bosh (calf) remains on blood thinners, but is still hopeful to return this season, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.
EDGE Analysis
Though the clotting in Bosh's calf has lessened in the last two weeks, the Heat remain noncommittal on whether or not the forward will return this season. The team are still receiving medical opinions on Bosh's prognosis, but one thing that has been determined is that he won't play while he continues to use blood-thinning medication. If a doctor feels comfortable in clearing Bosh to get off blood thinners, it's possible that he'll be back on the court at some point this season.

Bosh (calf) said Thursday that he has no active blood clots and is "positive" that he'll be able to return at some point this season, Tim Reynolds of the Associated Press reports.
EDGE Analysis
While the decision may not ultimately be up to Bosh, it's certainly an encouraging sign for both he and the Heat that he's not currently dealing with any blood clots. In a statement issued by Bosh on Thursday, the All-Star noted that he's "feeling great" and has been "working out, training with the team, watching film of the games, and walking through plays" in recent weeks. While Bosh remains without a timetable, a return to action at some point down the stretch appears much more likely now than it has at any point since the All-Star break.

Bosh (calf) is being advised by physicians to sit out the remainder of the season due to a potential blood clot issue, Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bosh has been sidelined for the Heat's first three games of the second half, and continues to check in with several specialists for opinions on the nature of his blood clot. The 11-time All-Star missed the final 30 games of the 2014-15 season after a blood clot moved from his calf to his lungs, but he remains hopeful that he'll avoid a similar fate this time around by taking blood thinners. Bosh plans to meet with Heat officials in the next 24 hours to reach a determination on his status for the remainder of the season, and we could an official timetable outlined for the 31-year-old at some point Thursday. If the Heat opt to rule out Bosh for the rest of the season, he would be barred from taking part in basketball-related activities for three to six months.

Bosh (calf) will not play in Monday's game against the Pacers, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bosh continues to deal with a clot in his left calf, so his designation of out comes as no surprise. No indication has been given on how long the issue will keep him out, so although he's not believed to be returning any time soon, he'll still be evaluated on a game-to-game basis. Luol Deng started in his place Saturday, so he'll likely get the call again on Monday.

Bosh (calf) has been ruled out of Saturday's game against the Wizards, Tim Reynolds of the Associated Press reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bosh is currently taking blood thinners to combat a clot in his left calf and was never expected to take the court Saturday. He remains without a concrete timetable for a return, but he'll likely sit out for the next few games at the minimum. Until it's reported that Bosh has returned to practice, look for him to remain sidelined moving forward.

Bosh (calf) will not practice Wednesday and the team announced that he will not travel with the team for Miami's game in Atlanta on Friday, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bosh has recently resumed taking blood thinners to combat a clot in his left calf, and though he is optimistic about a return this season, Wednesday's announcement made it clear that he will miss time. Miami concluded its statement on Bosh by saying, "When further information is available that we can pass along, it will be provided." With that said, Bosh is set to miss at least one game and it's unclear how much longer his absence will last. Miami will begin a three-game home stand on Saturday when Washington comes to town.
