Unrestricted free agent Chris Bosh is expected to see a "close-to-max" deal from teams after Carmelo Anthony and LeBron James agree to their contract. He may wind up taking a pay cut to stay in Miami, but there seems to be something brewing with the Big Three. It wasn't too long ago that Bosh was one of the best power forwards in the NBA and was putting up 24-11 lines with the Raptors. Bosh's game has changed a bit and he plays a little further from the basket, but he can still be the centerpiece of an offense.

If the Rockets miss out on Carmelo Anthony, they will reportedly turn their attention towards trying to pry away Chris Bosh from Miami. Houston would like to bring in a stretch four this offseason, and Bosh certainly fits that description. They have already reached out to Bosh to let him know that they are interested, and while most around the league believe that the Big Three will be returning to Miami, the Rockets are intent upon testing Bosh's resolve.

Chris Bosh has reportedly agreed to a five-year deal with the Heat, beginning with an $11 million salary in 2014-15. As with Dwyane Wade, Bosh terminated his lucrative contract in favor of a longer-term deal that would allow the Heat to keep LeBron James and rebuild the roster with greater depth. Bosh was a sneaky third-round fantasy value last season in only 32 minutes per game, and he remains a strong draft option for steady (if unspectacular) across-the-board production.

The Lakers are interested in unrestricted free agent Chris Bosh according to Chris Broussard of ESPN.com. The Lakers have a lot of cap room to play with and Bosh would certainly be a solid acquisition. This is definitely in the embryonic stage and Bosh's status is tied to his relationship with LeBron James and the Heat more than anything right now.

Chris Bosh informed the Heat on Sunday that he will opt out of his contract to become an unrestricted free agent. There was no doubt that Bosh would opt out, following the same strategy as LeBron James and Dwyane Wade. Bosh's decision leaves Miami with a whopping $55 million in cap space, and it seems as though Miami's Big Three is committed to re-structuring their deals to help Pat Riley build the roster from scratch.

Chris Bosh will reportedly opt out of his contract on Monday, and he is willing to accept a pay cut from the $20 million he was owed next season. LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, and Udonis Haslem have already opted out of their deals, and Chris Bosh will follow suit on Monday. Upon Bosh opting out, the Miami Heat will have an NBA-record $55 million in cap space, and they will essentially be able to build their roster from scratch.

Updating a previous item, Chris Bosh has not officially opted out of his contract. The official news will be on its way very soon. LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Udonis Haslem have all opted out of their deals, so it would be a shock to see Bosh not opt out, especially since he's been the most vocal about taking a pay cut. We'll pass along the news as soon as it becomes official.

Chris Bosh has opted out of his contract with the Heat, according to ESPN.com. The official news shouldn't be far behind here. The Heat now have a record $55 million in cap space and can basically build their roster from scratch. Bosh is reportedly looking at a multiple-year deal at around $15 million per season, which should help the Heat add a little more to their roster. This is all great news to hear if you're a fan of the Heat.

According to multiple reports Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh will opt out of their deals and become free agents. This is pretty good news if you're a Heat fan hoping to hang onto LeBron, since Wade in particular has zero financial reason to adjust his deal unless he's doing it for the greater good. We'll clean this report up as details emerge.

Chris Bosh said on Tuesday that Miami is his "second home," but he hasn't yet decided whether he'll exercise his early termination option this summer. "I want to be [in Miami]," he said. "This is my second home. It's always been important to me to be able to compete and I can do that here." He added that before making any decisions he'll likely join LeBron James and Dwyane Wade to hear Pat Riley's plan for the franchise's plans in free agency -- the Spurs exposed Miami's lack of depth in the Finals, but the Heat don't have much financial wiggle-room with the Big 3 scheduled to absorb more than $61 million in salary-cap space next season.
