Caboclo will start Wednesday's game against Chicago, Chris Herrington of The Daily Memphian reports.
EDGE Analysis
With Jaren Jackson and Ivan Rabb both out of action Wednesday, Caboclo will start for the second time in three games. He'll be joined up from by deadline-addition Jonas Valanciunas, and both players -- as well as Joakim Noah -- should be set for hefty minutes.

EDGE Analysis
With Jaren Jackson dealing with a quadriceps issue and Jonas Valanciunas tending to personal matters, Caboclo will enter the starting lineup Friday. When playing more than 25 minutes this season (three games), Caboclo is averaging 11.3 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.7 assists.

Caboclo signed a contract with the Grizzlies on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
The Grizzlies will keep Caboclo in the fold after his second 10-day contract with the club expired after Tuesday's 108-107 loss to the Spurs, during which he played 21 minutes and contributed four points (2-7 FG, 0-1 3Pt), four rebounds, three blocks and one assist. During his first 10 games with Memphis, Caboclo has shot a ghastly 33.3 percent from the field, but he's earned regular run on the second unit largely on the strength of his shot blocking and rebounding. Per Albert Nahmad of HeatHoops.com, Caboclo's deal is a two-year, $2.4 million pact that will guarantee him approximately $522,000 for the remainder of the 2018-19 season.

Caboclo accumulated 16 points (6-9 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 1-1 FT), five rebounds, and one assist in 30 minutes during Thursday's 117-95 loss to the Thunder.
EDGE Analysis
Caboclo was one of eight players on the Grizzlies who saw the floor, as the team was understaffed following a busy day of trades. While the 23-year-old forward took advantage of the opportunity by amassing a career high scoring total and matching career highs in rebounds and made threes, he also committed a career-worst four turnovers and isn't likely to hold down such a significant role once the recently acquired players (C.J. Miles, Avery Bradley, Jonas Valanciunas, Delon Wright, Tyler Dorsey) and Kyle Anderson (shoulder) are ready to suit up.

Caboclo produced nine points (2-5 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 4-4 FT), two rebounds, two blocks and one steal in 22 minutes Tuesday in the Grizzlies' 108-106 win over the Timberwolves.
EDGE Analysis
The Grizzlies pulled the plug on Caboclo in a starting role after one game, but he still picked up extra minutes off the bench by virtue of eight players being unavailable for the contest. As he has in recent games, Caboclo saved his best work for the defensive end and struggled with his shooting from the field. He has yet to miss a free throw on any of his 13 attempts with Memphis but owns an ugly 26.3 field-goal percentage.

Caboclo finished with zero points (0-4 FG, 0-2 3Pt), two rebounds, one assist and one steal in 17 minutes Sunday in the Grizzlies' 96-84 win over the Knicks.
EDGE Analysis
Caboclo made his first start of the season, stepping in at small forward while Kyle Anderson (shoulder) sat out. The Grizzlies could get top shooting guard Garrett Temple (shoulder) back for Tuesday's game against the Timberwolves, in which case Justin Holiday would likely slide over to small forward and bump Caboclo to the bench. Caboclo could still be in store for minutes in the teens in such a scenario, but that probably wouldn't be enough run for him to make for an appealing option in deeper leagues during the Grizzlies' three-game week.

EDGE Analysis
Caboclo inked a second 10-day deal with the Grizzlies on Sunday, and he'll now make his first start since joining the team on Jan. 25. Over the last four games, Caboclo is averaging 7.5 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 26.8 minutes.

The Grizzlies re-signed Caboclo to a second 10-day contract Saturday, Omari Sankofa II of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
After a standout season in the G League, the 2014 first-round pick earned a look from the Grizzlies in late January and has immediately stepped into a rotation role. Though Caboclo is only shooting 27.6 percent from the field through five outings, he's averaging 1.6 blocks in only 23.0 minutes per game. Caboclo's odds of retaining a regular second-unit role for the rest of the season if the Grizzlies elect to trade veteran big men Marc Gasol and/or JaMychal Green prior to Thursday's deadline.

Caboclo played 32 minutes and offered seven points (3-7 FG, 1-5 3Pt), four blocks, three rebounds and three assists Wednesday in the Grizzlies' 99-97 overtime loss to the Timberwolves.
EDGE Analysis
Though the Grizzlies welcomed fellow forward JaMychal Green (knee) back from a one-game absence, it didn't result in a downturn in playing time for Caboclo. The 2014 first-round pick has now exceeded 20 minutes in three straight games and looks likely to retain a spot in the rotation for the time being while the rebuilding Grizzlies evaluate players for the upcoming campaign. His 10-day deal will soon expire, but it seems like a good bet that he'll be re-signed to another contract.
