Bass played in all 82 games (43 as a starter) for the Celtics, averaging 24 minutes, 10.6 points, 4.9 rebounds, 0.4 blocks and 0.5 steals per game. Bass was slow and steady throughout the season for the Celtics, adding veteran leadership for the young team. The 29 year old enters the off-season as an unrestricted free agent. Its doubtful Bass will find situation where he plays more minutes. Expect a gradual decline in his numbers next season.

Bass had another modest playoff game, collecting four points, two rebounds, three assists and a block in Thursday's Game 3 loss to the Cavs. Bass again started, but he's struggling to match the athleticism of the Cleveland bigs. He and the other Celtics face elimination on Sunday. Guessing which Celtic big man will have a strong game has become a difficult task.

Bass shot a poor 0-for-6 versus in only 15 minutes of play versus the Cavs Tuesday night. Despite getting the start, Bass' poor play lead to limited minutes. The surprise return of Jared Sullinger and positive play of Kelly Olynyk are eating into Bass' floor time. The Celtics, down 0-2, hope to reverse their fortunes in Boston on Thursday.

Bass scored 14 points (7-14 FG, 0-1 3Pt) to go along with nine rebounds, four assists and three steals in 33 minutes Monday against the Heat. Bass put up another strong performance Monday and is averaging 16.7 points, 10.7 rebounds and 3.3 assists over his last three games. The key to his success this season has been getting enough playing time. He has played at least 33 minutes in each of his last three games, leading to the improved production. He should continue to contribute when he gets enough minutes, but that's not a guarantee when taking into consideration the Celtics inconsistent rotations.

Bass grabbed a season-high 17 rebounds Sunday in a loss to the Magic in addition to scoring 19 points (9-14 FG, 1-1 3Pt) and dishing out five assists in 38 minutes. Bass has scored 15 or more points in four out of his past five games, and has two double-doubles in that stretch. While he doesn't block many shots, Bass has been more involved in the Celtic's offense as of late and is shooting 50 percent from the floor so far this month.

Bass scored 18 points (7-11 FG, 4-6 FT) with six rebounds, three assists and two steals in 30 minutes during Monday's win over the Suns. He might yet be headed for a buyout and a move to a contender, but Bass is proving to be plenty productive while he's still a Celtic and Kelly Olynyk (ankle) is sidelined.

Bass has started the last dozen games for the Celtics, during which the team is a surprising 7-5 heading into the All-Star break.Cynical analysis would say the Celtics are showcasing Bass prior to the upcoming trade deadline. Bass, a 9-year veteran, doesn't seem to fit in Boston's rebuilding plans. As a starter, Bass is averaging 28 minutes, 10.8 points, 6.3 rebounds and 0.7 blocks per game.

Bass scored 15 points (7-14 FG, 1-2 FT), to go with six rebounds, one assist, and two blocks in 38 minutes off the bench on Sunday. Bass had another good game, but don't expect this to be something that lasts. His name has been swirling in trade talks and he could find himself in a diminished role overnight. If you need the help feel free to pick him up, just know that he's a rental and not worth owning long-term.

Bass started a third straight game Sunday and put up eight points (3-7 FG, 2-3 FT), nine rebounds, one steal, and one block in 30 minutes. Over his last five games, Bass has averaged 14.2 points, 7.0 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.2 steals, and 0.8 blocks in 29 minutes per game. Those stats are worth owning in 12-team leagues, but take Bass' role with a grain of salt. He's probably just being featured so that the Celtics can make another trade as they continue to build for the future.

Bass got the start over Tyler Zeller on Thursday and posted a 13-point, 10-rebound double-double. He also added five assists and a block in 31 minutes on the floor. Bass has been playing well of late, scoring in double figures in four of his last five. He could have another start in his future after Thursday's performance coupled with Kelly Olynyk's injury.
