The Wizards didn't re-sign Wanamaker (COVID-19 health and safety protocols) after his 10-day contract expired Saturday, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Wanamaker started in his lone appearance for the Wizards, playing 27 minutes while scoring seven points and adding seven assists, four rebounds and two steals in a 110-93 win over the Cavaliers on Dec. 30. He entered the NBA's COVID-19 health and safety protocols two days later, which made him ineligible to play during much of his 10-day stint with Washington.

Wanamaker (COVID-19 protocols) is not listed on the injury report ahead of Sunday's game at Orlando.
EDGE Analysis
Wanamaker was placed in protocols on New Year's Eve, so it appears he's tested out and will be available off the bench Sunday. Chances are, he won't have much -- if any -- fantasy impact.

Wanamaker was placed in the league's health and safety protocols Friday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Wanamaker drew the start at point guard during his first game with the Wizards, posting seven points, seven assists, five rebounds and two steals. In his absence, rookie Corey Kispert and two-way players Joel Ayayi and Cassius Winston are all candidates to enter the starting lineup.

Wanamaker will start Thursday's game against the Cavaliers, Josh Robbins of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
The same day he signed his contract, Wanamaker will start with his new team. Earlier this year, he started one game with the Pacers and provided six points, three assists, two steals, and one rebound in 25 minutes.

Wanamaker was signed by the Wizards on Monday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran point guard had played in 22 games before being waived by the Pacers earlier in the week. Wanamaker now has found a new home in Washington as the Wizards are dealing with their own COVID situation. At this moment, the Pittsburgh product still does not offer much fantasy value in most formats.

Wanamaker was waived by the Pacers on Monday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Indiana brought Wanamaker in on a one-year deal last offseason, but the veteran guard hasn't impressed though 22 appearances, averaging a meager 3.5 points on 36.1 percent shooting. Once the transaction becomes official, the team will sign former UWGB standout Keifer Sykes, who spent the preseason with Indiana following a strong showing in the Las Vegas Summer League.

Wanamaker produced six points (2-4 FG, 2-2 FT), one rebound, three assists and two steals over 25 minutes during Thursday's 122-113 victory over the Pistons.
EDGE Analysis
Wanamaker is the most traditional point guard on Indiana's roster, but the third-string man's jump to the starting lineup underwhelmed and did little to catalyze the offense. Malcolm Brogdon (Achilles) is likely to return by the Pacers' next game Tuesday in Miami

Wanamaker will start Thursday's tilt against the Pistons, Scott Agness of FieldhouseFiles.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
With Malcolm Brogdon (Achilles) a late scratch, coach Rick Carlisle will give Wanamaker the nod for his first start of the year. In three games where he's seen at least 20 minutes, Wanamaker has averaged 8.3 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.7 assists.

Wanamaker (illness) is available for Monday's game against the Warriors, Tony East of the West Indianapolis Community News reports.
EDGE Analysis
Wanamaker was questionable for Monday's contest due to a non-COVID illness, but he'll be able to play through the issue against Golden State. He's averaged 4.2 points and 2.6 assists in 12.4 minutes per game across his last five appearances.

Wanamaker (illness) is questionable for Monday's game against the Warriors.
EDGE Analysis
Wanamaker is suffering from a non-COVID illness. If he becomes unavailable, fellow backups Chris Duarte and Jeremy Lamb could receive more playing time. There is a chance the Pacers' two-way guards -- Duane Washington and DeJon Jarreau -- also benefit from the team's injuries.
