Both Marjanovic and swingman Jonathon Simmons were recalled Tuesday, and both are expected to be available Wednesday versus the Heat.

Marjanovic was assigned to the D-League's Austin Spurs on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Marjanovic has seen a combined total of seven minutes over the last five games, with much of his court time these days coming in the fourth quarter of blowouts. In an effort to give the 7-foot-3 rookie some more development time, the Spurs will send Marjanovic to Austin, where he figures to see plenty of minutes in what will ultimately be a brief stay in the D-League.

Marjanovic managed three points (3-4 FT), one rebound, and one assist in four minutes during the Spurs' 108-87 win against the Clippers on Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
Marjanovic has appeared in five of the Spurs' eight contests during March, with monthly averages of 2.4 points and 3.8 rebounds in seven minutes per game. The team simply has too much depth for Marjanovic to earn enough minutes to the point where he'd be worth consideration in fantasy.

Marjanovic had 11 points (3-5 FG, 5-7 FT), six rebounds and a steal in 13 minutes on Tuesday in a win against the Heat.
EDGE Analysis
Marjanovic is still not getting the minutes he deserves, but it doesn't take a basketball insider to see the talent that's there. One of these days, it may come across Greg Popovich's mind that Marjanovic should be out there more often on the court. Until that day comes, it's not smart to add Marjanovic to your season-long roster, and it's an incredibly risky move to roll him out on your DFS lineup too.

Marjanovic had 13 points (5-9 FG, 3-4 FT) and 10 rebounds in 17 minutes during the Spurs' 130-99 win versus the Rockets on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Marjanovic posted his second career double-double on Wednesday in just 17 minutes of action. He continues to be a pleasant surprise for the Spurs this season, and Boban has seen a gradual increase in playing time over the course of 2015-16.

Marjanovic provided 12 points (4-6 FG, 4-6 FT), six rebounds (four offensive), and one steal across 13 minutes in Monday's 120-90 loss to the Warriors.
EDGE Analysis
Marjanovic typically logs double-digit minutes in games in which the Spurs have already salted away, but Monday's workload came when the team was on the wrong side of a blowout. While most of his playing time came against the Warriors' reserves, it's still worthwhile to commend Marjanovic for how efficiently he's carved up the opposition during his time on the court this season. Despite averaging just 8.3 minutes in 27 appearances this season, Marjanovic is providing 5.7 points on 61.5 percent shooting from the field to go with 3.4 boards.

Marjanovic managed 17 points (6-10 FG, 5-6 FT), 13 rebounds and a steal over 22 minutes in Thursday's 117-89 blowout of the Suns.
EDGE Analysis
The Spurs' heir apparent at the center position put together his first career double-double in the blowout victory, equaling his career high in scoring and posting a new high-water mark in rebounds. While he typically won't see much playing time in close games, contests such as Thursday's where the Spurs are holding comfortable second-half leads certainly provide the rookie with more of an opportunity to showcase his skills and generate some production. Marjanovic has now posted double-digit points in five of the last six games in which he's received double-digit minutes.

Marjanovic produced 13 points (5-7 FG, 3-5 FT), three boards, two blocks, and one assist across 13 minutes in Monday's 106-79 win over the Nets.
EDGE Analysis
That's back-to-back 13-point efforts for Marjanovic, but it should be noted those outings have come over three games, as he didn't even play due to a coach's decision in Friday's narrow win over the Knicks. Though he's been incredibly efficient with a season average of 5.3 points on 61.8 percent shooting over just 7.6 minutes of court time, Marjanovic isn't guaranteed to see the floor in games that are more competitive.

Marjanovic went perfect from the field in Monday's 101-95 win against the Spurs, posting 17 points (7-7 FG, 3-4 FT), four rebounds, one steal, and one block in 15 minutes.
EDGE Analysis
Marjanovic is coming off a 10-point, seven-rebound performance, and is making the most of Tim Duncan resting. While Duncan will probably come back soon, Marjanovic could have some low-end long-term potential because of the Spurs' propensity to rest Duncan down the stretch. Marjanovic appears to be a good per-48 minute rebounder and blocker, and even if he gets just 20 minutes every two games, he'll probably produce enough for deep formats. Keep an eye on him in games to come.

Marjanovic provided 10 points (1-3 FG, 8-8 FT), seven rebounds, four blocks, and one steal across 15 minutes in Saturday's 101-86 win over the Nuggets.
EDGE Analysis
The 7-foot-3 rookie had his way with the undersized Nuggets frontcourt, racking up rejections and trips to the free-throw line at impressive rates. He's often played well when he's received the opportunity to take the court, but much of Marjanovic's minutes came as a result of Tim Duncan (rest) sitting out Saturday. That won't always be the case, and will make it difficult for Marjanovic to see regular run in the Spurs' rotation.
