Reaves closed Monday's 108-106 loss to the Nuggets in Game 5 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs with 19 points (6-11 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 6-8 FT), three rebounds, four assists, two blocks and three steals over 34 minutes.
EDGE Analysis
Reaves scored nine of his 19 points in the fourth quarter, but it wasn't enough as the Lakers were bounced from the playoffs on another game-winning shot by Jamal Murray. After a slow start to the opening-round series, Reaves averaged 20.7 points, 4.3 assists, 3.0 rebounds and 2.3 steals in 35.0 minutes over the final three matchups, but Los Angeles won only one of those contests. The third-year wing appeared in all 82 regular-season games and averaged 15.9 points, 5.5 assists, 4.3 rebounds and 0.8 steals in 32.1 minutes -- all career highs. Ahead of the 2023-24 season, Reaves signed a three-year contract with a $14.9 million player option for 2026-27.

Reaves ended with 22 points (8-17 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 4-4 FT), five rebounds, three assists and four steals across 41 minutes during Thursday's 112-105 loss to the Nuggets in Game 3 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.
EDGE Analysis
Reaves had two subpar showings in the first two games of the series, and even though he bounced back in Game 3, his efforts were not enough to lift the Lakers to victory. Reaves will aim to replicate these numbers in Game 4 on Saturday, as the Lakers need to win to avoid a first-round exit. Reaves is averaging 14.7 points per game in the series while shooting 45.9 percent from the field and 31.3 percent from deep.

Reaves chipped in 20 points (8-12 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 1-2 FT), one rebound, two assists, one block and one steal over 29 minutes during Sunday's 124-108 victory over New Orleans.
EDGE Analysis
LeBron James stole the show with a triple-double, and Anthony Davis grabbed headlines after leaving with back and hip spasms in the second half, but Reaves was impressive in his own right as well, hitting the 20-point mark for the 21st time this season. The Lakers will go as far as James and Davis can take them into the playoffs, but Reaves is a legit third option on offense who can leave his mark on both ends of the court if called upon duty.

Reaves logged 22 points (8-15 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 2-3 FT), seven rebounds and six assists over 35 minutes during Tuesday's 134-120 loss to Golden State.
EDGE Analysis
Reaves is mimicking his late-stage success from last season with nightly multi-category contributions. Remarkably, there's very little negative correlation between Reaves and D'Angelo Russell, as both players have been able to post respectable totals independently in recent weeks. Through five games in April, Reaves is averaging 13.2 points, 4.8 assists and 4.0 rebounds.

Reaves closed Wednesday's 125-120 win over the Wizards with 16 points (7-15 FG, 2-6 3Pt), four rebounds, four assists and two steals in 35 minutes.
EDGE Analysis
It was a good bounce-back performance from Reaves on Wednesday after he finished with just seven points on 2-of-9 shooting against the Raptors on Tuesday. The third-year guard is averaging career highs across most statistical categories this season, though his shooting percentages are slightly down compared to 2022-23. Since the All-Star break, Reaves has averaged 16.1 points on 47.3 percent shooting (including 35.8 percent from three), 5.6 rebounds and 6.1 assists over 34.7 minutes per game.

Reaves logged 16 points (7-16 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 1-1 FT), 13 rebounds, six assists and one steal across 36 minutes during Friday's 109-90 loss to the Pacers.
EDGE Analysis
It's the ninth double-double of the season for Reaves, who overshadowed D'Angelo Russell in the Lakers backcourt. Reaves has broken out in March and has averaged 18.3 points, 6.7 assists, 6.0 boards and 2.6 threes through 13 games. He has four of his double-doubles -- including his second career triple-double -- this month alone.

Reaves totaled 29 points (10-20 FG, 4-11 3Pt, 5-6 FT), 14 rebounds, 10 assists and two blocks across 48 minutes in Tuesday's 128-124 double-overtime win over Milwaukee.
EDGE Analysis
Reaves and D'Angelo Russell both stepped into expanded playmaking roles while LeBron James (ankle) sat out Tuesday, with Reaves coming through with one of the more efficient scoring lines for the Lakers on a night when the team connected on just 38.9 percent of its field-goal attempts. He appeared to be headed for a much more modest line with the Bucks holding a 19-point lead with just under eight minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, but Reaves scored seven points and four assists in the final period to extend the game to overtime and bolster his statistics. James is expected to be back in action for Wednesday's game against the Grizzlies, and though Reaves is likely to lose out on some shot attempts and assist opportunities, he's still primed to be a must-roster player for the rest of the season while the 40-32 Lakers remain hopeful to avoid the Western Conference Play-In Tournament.

Reaves recorded 25 points (6-13 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 11-12 FT), five rebounds, eight assists and one block over 37 minutes during Sunday's 150-145 win over Indiana.
EDGE Analysis
Reaves completed a diverse stat line as the Lakers posted their best final score since 1987. The Oklahoma product returned to the 20-point threshold after averaging only 12.3 points over the previous three games. Reaves' success depends on a high shot volume, but his 11 points at the charity stripe represented a lot of his production in the narrow win.

Reaves chipped in 28 points (10-17 FG, 7-12 3Pt, 1-2 FT), six rebounds, four assists and one steal across 37 minutes during Wednesday's 120-107 loss to the Kings.
EDGE Analysis
Reaves entered Wednesday's game averaging just 10.7 points across three prior meetings versus Sacramento this season, so it's nice to see the 25-year-old erupt against an exploitable defense. Wednesday marked his fourth game with 25-plus points this season -- matching his total from last season -- and Reaves is averaging 20.8 points, 5.3 rebounds and 4.8 assists on 52.6 percent shooting across his last four contests.

Reaves closed Sunday's 120-109 victory over the Timberwolves with 19 points (7-13 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds and four assists over 36 minutes.
EDGE Analysis
Reaves produced a solid line alongside his All-Star teammates. The team has extreme confidence in Reaves, who finds perimeter opportunities often as the off-guard, and he's usually a regular assist converter for LeBron James. D'Angelo Russell's shot was a bit off to begin the game, and Reaves capably picked up the slack.
