Edwards registered 19 points (7-18 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 4-6 FT), six rebounds, two assists and one block across 38 minutes during Wednesday's 124-94 loss to Oklahoma City in Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals.
EDGE Analysis
Edwards failed to put up much of a fight, ending what was a curious postseason. Although he managed to top 30 points on five occasions, the majority of his scoring came as a result of volume as opposed to efficiency. Perhaps most notable was the fact that his free-throw percentage fell from 81.9 percent during the regular season to just 68.2 percent during the playoffs. While this is likely an outlier, it does leave the door ajar when it comes to his ascension into superstar territory. With that said, through 79 regular-season games, Edwards had a career-best year, averaging 27.2 points, 6.0 rebounds, 4.7 assists, 1.1 steals and 3.9 three-pointers.

Edwards posted 16 points (5-13 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 5-7 FT), four rebounds and six assists in 41 minutes during Monday's 128-126 loss to the Thunder in Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals.
EDGE Analysis
Edwards came up short in the loss, tallying just 16 points in what was arguably the most important game of the season. Although it's been a strong postseason, some questions remain when it comes to Edwards' ability to produce when it matters. Now trailing 3-1, Edwards will have a chance to redeem himself when the two teams meet in Oklahoma City on Wednesday, with Minnesota needing a win to extend the series.

Edwards accumulated 30 points (12-17 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 1-2 FT), nine rebounds, six assists and two steals in 30 minutes during Saturday's 143-101 victory over the Thunder in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals.
EDGE Analysis
Edwards carried the Timberwolves to a comfortable win in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals, needing just 30 minutes to score a game-high 30 points. This one was never in doubt for Minnesota, allowing the starters to get some much-needed rest during the final quarter. Edwards will be looking for a repeat performance when the two teams meet again Monday, with the Timberwolves having a chance to level the series at 2-2.

Edwards provided 30 points (12-17 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 1-2 FT), nine rebounds, six assists and two steals over 30 minutes during Saturday's 143-101 win over the Thunder in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals.
EDGE Analysis
Edwards could've ended with an even higher scoring output, but he sat out the entire fourth quarter. Despite that, the star guard still ended just one board and four dimes away from a triple-double. Edwards and the Timberwolves delivered an answer following back-to-back losses in the first two games of the series, and now Minnesota has a realistic shot at evening things up before returning to Oklahoma City for Game 5 on Wednesday, May 28.

Edwards notched 18 points (5-13 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 5-7 FT), nine rebounds, three assists and one block in 37 minutes during Tuesday's 114-88 loss to the Thunder in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals.
EDGE Analysis
Edwards played a team-high 37 minutes despite suffering an ankle injury during the first quarter. While it did force him to the locker room, he appeared largely untroubled upon returning to the court. It was a rough shooting night for Edwards, totaling fewer than 20 points for just the second time this postseason. Although the ankle could result in Edwards popping up on the injury report, it is unlikely he will miss any time, barring any major setbacks leading into Thursday's Game 2.

Edwards appeared to tweak his ankle and exited to the locker room after the first quarter of Tuesday's Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals against the Thunder, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Edwards appeared to injure his ankle on a drive to the basket but remained in the game until the end of the quarter. If the superstar is unable to return, Nickeil Alexander-Walker and Jaylen Clark are candidates for an uptick in playing time the rest of the way.

EDGE Analysis
Edwards tied his career high in assists Wednesday, and his double-double pushed the Timberwolves past the Warriors to clinch a spot in the Western Conference Finals for a second consecutive season. Edwards finishes the semifinals having averaged 26.2 points, 7.6 rebounds, 5.6 assists, 1.8 steals and 1.2 blocks across 38.8 minutes per game.

EDGE Analysis
Edwards scored at least 30 points for the second straight game, helping Minnesota win comfortably. The margin was sizeable enough to allow Edwards to sit out a significant portion of the final quarter. Feeling refreshed and ready to go, Edwards and the Timberwolves will look to wrap up the series at home Wednesday.
