Magic rookie Andrew Nicholson had a career night on Sunday, scoring 19 points with nine rebounds, three assists and four steals in just 25 minutes. Orlando's young and energetic second unit took advantage of a Suns bench that included Jermaine O'Neal, Luis Scola, Michael Beasley and rookie Diante Garrett at PG. Nicholson is still prone to turnovers and foul trouble, but he scored 14 points on Friday and made 9-of-11 FGs tonight, which has him squarely on our radar.

Rookie Andrew Nicholson played 27 minutes and had 11 points, five rebounds and two blocks on Wednesday. It appears that Jacque Vaughn got mad and benched Glen Davis and Nikola Vucevic, which explains Nicholson's big minutes. This has fluke written all over it.

Andrew Nicholson played just 11 minutes in Friday's win, scoring two points on 1-of-3 shooting with two rebounds, one assist, and one block. We wouldn't normally blurb a line like this, but Nicholson had a nice preseason and the Hedo Turkoglu injury will open up minutes throughout the rotation. Tonight Josh McRoberts (27 minutes) was the favored play over the rookie, which makes sense this early in the season. Just keep one eye on Nicholson in deep formats.

Andrew Nicholson hit just 2-of-8 shots to finish with five points, seven rebounds and a block in Friday's preseason loss to Houston. He has some talent but chances are you can find a better way to use a late draft pick, considering that Glen Davis is starting at power forward this season.
