Grizzlies waive Andre Barrett, Willie Reed, Tony Gaffney and Melvin Ely. None of these guys were expected to make a ripple in the fantasy pool this season. The cuts bring the Grizzlies' roster down to 13 players, giving them some flexibility as they head into the regular season.
