Diamondbacks sent OF Tyler Graham outright to Triple-A Reno. Graham was up with the D'Backs for all of September but was hitless in his only two plate appearances. The 28-year-old speedster will serve as organizational depth.

Giants designated OF Tyler Graham for assignment. Graham, 28, was batting just .263/.300/.316 in 20 plate appearances for Triple-A Fresno. He seems likely to pass through waivers and return to the Fresno roster.
