Tyler Colvin homered and drove in three runs in Monday's win over the Dodgers. Colvin launched Josh Beckett's second pitch as a Dodger into the second deck and later added a two-RBI triple off Kenley Jansen. He's been awfully inconsistent, but the Rockies have to be happy with what they've gotten this year out of Colvin, who is batting .290 with 15 homers and 55 RBI.

Tyler Colvin went 2-for-3 with a solo homer and a walk in Monday's 3-1 win over the Mets. Colvin's solo shot off R.A. Dickey in the top of the fifth inning was his first home run since July 6, snapping a streak of 104 homerless at-bats. The 26-year-old figures to see most of the playing time at first base with Michael Cuddyer (oblique) sidelined, so he could have some sneaky value in mixed fantasy leagues down the stretch.

Tyler Colvin delivered a game-winning two-run double in the bottom of the ninth as the Rockies edged the Brewers 7-6 on Wednesday. Colvin slumped in July and the early part of August, but he's gone 8-for-19 with five RBI in his last five games. He'll probably remain in the lineup most of the time following Michael Cuddyer's return, though he may not get as much playing time as he has received in the last month.

Coming off a July where he hit .200/.263/.457, Tyler Colvin went 3-for-4 with a pair of his triples and his 42nd RBI in Wednesday's loss to the Cardinals. Colvin now has seven three-baggers on the season to go along with 13 home runs and 12 doubles. He's hitting .281/.318/.563 through 79 games after hitting .150/.204/.306 in 80 games for the Cubs last season. Despite his rough July, Colvin should remain an NL-only league asset.

Tyler Colvin doubled in Wednesday's loss to the Cardinals. Colvin has laced an extra-base hit in each of the first three games of Colorado's four-game swing through St. Louis. He'll bring a .302/.331/.599 slash into Thursday's finale.

Tyler Colvin went 4-for-6 with a homer, a triple and five RBI as the Rockies edged the Nationals 11-10 in 11 innings Thursday. The Nationals overcame a 7-0 deficit to tie the game at 9 in the fifth and tied it up again with Bryce Harper solo homer in the ninth, only to end up losing in 11 on a Marco Scutaro RBI single. Colvin homered, singled and tripled in his first three at-bats today, giving him three tries at the cycle, but he settled for one additional single in his remaining appearances. The ex-Cub has been impressive as a part-time player this year, hitting .309 with eight homers and 29 RBI in 152 at-bats.

Tyler Colvin blasted a pair of homers on Saturday, but it wasn't enough in a loss to the visiting Angels. Colvin finished the day 3-for-4. He hit his first shot off Dan Haren in the second and the other off Hisanori Takahashi in the seventh. The outfielder has provided solid power in limited looks for the Rockies this year, batting .283 with five homers and 15 RBI in just 106 at-bats. He should begin seeing more and more playing time.

Tyler Colvin stayed hot by going 2-for-4 with a run scored in Sunday's loss to the Dodgers. Colvin started at first base and then moved to center field after Dexter Fowler (blurred vision) left. Over Colvin's last 18 at-bats, he's now hitting .388 with two homers and five RBI. There's some NL-only appeal here, especially if Fowler misses time.

Getting the start in place of Carlos Gonzalez, Tyler Colvin went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer on Saturday. Combine a nice 5-for-11 start with his big spring and Colvin is making a case for starts in center field over Dexter Fowler. He's worth picking up in NL-only leagues.
