Tulowitzki hit his seventh homer as part of a 2-for-4 game in Monday's victory over St. Louis. Tulowitzki is making up for his slow start this June. He has hit safely in every game this month and has five multi-hit games in six opportunities. The home run is his third of the month, and three RBIs give him 12 for June thus far. Tulowitzki's OPS is up to .848, a 160 point jump in the past 12 days.

Tulowitzki is not in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Marlins, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports. Tulowitzki racked up three hits in Friday's loss, giving him 13 hits (including four homers) in his last six games, but he will sit Saturday as Daniel Descalso takes over at short. It's a bit disconcerting considering the Rockies were just off Thursday, but consider it a rest day until there's something to suggest otherwise.

Tulowitzki went 2-for-5 with a homer, two walks, and five RBI in Wednesday's win over the Dodgers. The free passes were only Tulowitzki's sixth and seventh of the season, a major surprise for a player with a 9.8 percent career walk rate. Perhaps Tulowitzki's plate discipline is ticketed for some decline in his age-30 season, but he can still stake a claim to being the most valuable fantasy shortstop. He's homered four times and has driven in 10 runs over his last five games to bring his season line up to .293/.317/.489.

Tulowitzki returned to the Rockies' lineup for the second game of Tuesday's doubleheader with the Dodgers, with a two-run homer representing his lone hit in his five at-bats. Tulowitzki's power seems to be coming around of late, as the shortstop has been able to generate four extra-base hits across his last four games. His .303 on-base percentage is nearly 130 points below the mark he posted in 2014, but he should run into a hot streak eventually, especially with the poor early-season weather at Coors Field beginning to improve.

Tulowitzki is out of the lineup for the first game of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Dodgers, Jenny Cavnar of Root Sports reports. With the Rockies playing two games Tuesday, it's unsurprising to see Tulowitzki get a rare rest. He'll likely rejoin the lineup for the second game, while Daniel Descalso will start at shortstop in the first game.

Tulowitzki went 2-for-4 with an RBI and two runs scored Monday against the visiting Dodgers. He started warming up in Philadelphia over the weekend, following a 4-for-4, two-homer performance with a double the next day, but then sat out Sunday. Now he's made it seven hits in three games, so Tulo's officially heating up. He should continue getting things on track as the weather warms in Colorado.

Tulowitzki is not in the lineup Sunday against the Phillies. Tulowitzki has been getting a routine day off every 6-8 games this season, but Sunday will be the second day he's been held out of the lineup this week. Manager Walt Weiss likely has the long-term picture in his sights, and may continue to offer consistent rest to the 30-year-old shortstop moving forward. No word of an injury has surfaced, so Tulowitzki will presumably be available to pinch hit.

Tulowitzki lit it up Friday night, going 4-for-4 with a pair of solo home runs in Colorado's win over the Phillies. He's been a bit banged up - most recently with a minor quad injury - and while he has maintained a decent .285 average, his counting stats have been down a bit. He now has four long ones to go with 20 RBI, and when he can stay healthy, an offensive outburst is always just around the bend.

Tulowitzki is not in the lineup Monday against the Reds. Manager Walt Weiss gave Carlos Gonzalez the day off for Sunday's day game, and will do the same for Tulowitzki on Monday afternoon. Daniel Descalso will take over at shortstop and bat eighth in the order.

Tulowitzki is not in the lineup for Game 2 of Saturday's doubleheader with the Giants. Tulowitzki will get the night off after going 2-for-5 with an RBI in the first game. He was removed from that game after singling in the ninth inning, but it's not yet clear if that is related to him sitting out Saturday night. Daniel Descalso will get the start at shortstop in Tulowitzki's place.
