Drew is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game in Miami, Erik Boland of Newsday reports. Drew will sit against a right-handed pitcher for the first time in June, allowing Brendan Ryan to get a start at the keystone. Drew surprisingly has two multi-homer games this month, but his performance at the plate has otherwise been uninspiring all season.

For the second time in a week, Drew hit two home runs in a game, helping the Yankees defeat the Nationals. Drew is hitting a paltry .175 in 177 at-bats, but he also now has nine home runs. The power is a nice boon for an infielder, but Drew is now hitting well below .200 for the second consecutive season.

Drew is out of the lineup Sunday against the Angels, Erik Boland of Newsday reports. Drew will get the day off as manager Joe Girardi looks to limit the number of left-handed batters in his lineup against Angels southpaw C.J. Wilson. Jose Pirela will man the keystone while Drew rests.

Drew was 2-for-4 with a pair of home runs and three RBI in the Yankees win over the Angels on Friday night. It's been an all or nothing year for Drew who now has seven home runs and 19 RBI on the season to go with a horrendous .173 average. He has multiple position eligibility (he started this game at second and moved to third later), but his long stretches of unproductive at bats has cost him playing time and made him far less appealing in most fantasy formats.

Drew is back in the lineup Monday against the Mariners, Mark Feinsand of the New York Daily News reports. Drew has been held out of the last two games on the heels of an 0-for-17 slump, but he'll return to action Monday looking to get back on track. Doing so will be much easier said than done as he faces off against Seattle starter Felix Hernandez.

Drew is not in the lineup again Sunday against the Athletics, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports. Drew will sit for a second straight day following a 0-for-17 stretch at the plate over the last five contests. Jose Pirela will start at second base in his place, and it could continue in that direction if Drew can't find a stick at the plate.

Drew is not in the lineup Saturday against the A's, Wallace Matthews of ESPN New York reports. Drew homered in Monday's win over Kansas City, but has gone 0-for-16 in four games since and will find himself on the bench Saturday in favor of Jose Pirela. The 32-year-old Drew is making it difficult for manager Joe Girardi to justify starting him on near-everyday basis, but Pirela hasn't done much with his opportunities to this point.

Drew went 1-for-5 with a home runs and three RBI in Monday's 14-1 win over the Royals. The home run was Drew's fifth of the year but his first since Apr. 21. He's still batting .176/.250/.338 for the season, but Drew has started six of the last seven games at second base and Jose Pirela isn't making a strong case for playing time (.433 OPS).

Drew is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Rangers, MLB.com's Bryan Hoch reports. Drew went 0-for-4 with two strikeouts Saturday, dropping his average to .177. It doesn't appear Drew's shortcomings with the bat will cost him his regular role just yet, but Jose Pirela will get the nod at second base Sunday.

Drew went 2-for-4 with a double in Saturday's win over the Royals. The Yankees still seem committed to giving Drew regular playing time, but he'll have to turn in more outings like Saturday's two-hit effort to stay in the lineup throughout the season. After seemingly getting on a roll in the beginning of May, he's now hitting just .191 for the month and .183 on the season.
