The Cardinals optioned Robberse to Triple-A Memphis on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
Robberse spent nearly all of last season in Triple-A, where he finished with a 4.59 ERA and 1.22 WHIP across 84.1 innings. He didn't find much success during spring training, surrendering seven earned runs over just 2.2 frames, and he'll likely remain in Memphis until he can find his footing on the mound.

Robberse (elbow) was activated from Triple-A Memphis' 7-day injured list Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Robberse made three rehab starts at Single-A Palm Beach, allowing two runs (one earned) on nine hits and a walk while striking out four over six innings. The Cardinals will likely stay cautious with the right-hander to close out the campaign, but he should be able to get at least two or three more appearances with Memphis before the end of the season.

The Cardinals optioned Robberse to Triple-A Memphis on Thursday, Jeff Jones of the Belleville News-Democrat reports.
EDGE Analysis
Robberse posted a 4.28 ERA across 124 innings between Double-A and Triple-A last season, but he surrendered six runs in just 4.2 innings during spring training. The 22-year-old right-hander will need to display more consistent success in the minors, but St. Louis' relatively weak pitching staff keeps open the possibility of a major-league debut for Robberse in 2024.

The Blue Jays promoted Robberse from High-A Vancouver to Double-A New Hampshire on Tuesday, Mitch Bannon of SI.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Robberse had been one of Vancouver's top starters this season, logging a 3.81 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 80:24 K:BB across 89.2 innings. The 20-year-old right-hander will be rewarded with a stiffer level of competition over the final six weeks of the 2022 campaign.
