The Rockies recalled Bouchard from Triple-A Albuquerque on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Bouchard will move back up to the big club after the Rockies placed outfielder Jordan Beck (hand) on the 10-day injured list in a corresponding move. Bouchard was sent down to Triple-A on May 21 after slashing .222/.333/.370 with one home run and three RBI over 63 plate appearances in the majors. He showed improvement in his short stint in the minors, going 6-for-15 with two home runs and five RBI over his last four games with Albuquerque. He'll start in left field and bat seventh in Sunday's game against the Phillies, but Bouchard may be ticketed for a short-side platoon role while he's up with the Rockies.

The Rockies are expected to recall Bouchard prior to Sunday's game against the Phillies, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
He'll take the roster spot of the injured Jordan Beck (hand). Bouchard just sent down earlier this week after slashing just .222/.333/.370 in 18 games this season. With Beck out indefinitely and Jones (back/knee) still on the mend, Bouchard could see ample playing time in the corner outfield spots for the Rockies.

The Rockies optioned Bouchard to Triple-A Albuquerque on Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
With Kris Bryant (back) returning from the injured list, Bouchard will head back to the minors to free up a roster spot. The 28-year-old outfielder has put up a 1.042 OPS in the minors so far, though his numbers fell to .222/.333/.370 across 63 plate appearances upon moving to the big leagues. He would likely return to Colorado later this season if the Rockies find themselves in need of outfield depth.

Bouchard is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Padres, Luke Zahlmann of The Denver Gazette reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Rockies haven't indicated that Bouchard is dealing with an injury or illness, so he'll find himself out of the starting nine for a third straight game in what looks to be a performance-related benching. Jake Cave will draw a third start in row in right field at Bouchard's expense, but both are likely to see reductions in playing time in the near future with Kris Bryant (back) on the cusp of a return from the injured list.

Bouchard will start in right field and bat fifth in Thursday's game against the Giants.
EDGE Analysis
Bouchard will pick up his fourth straight start in right field and looks to have re-emerged as the Rockies' preferred option at that position over the likes of Jake Cave and Hunter Goodman. Over his prior three starts, Bouchard has gone 5-for-10 with a home run, two doubles and two walks.

Bouchard reached base three times Sunday, going 2-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk against the Pirates.
EDGE Analysis
Bouchard followed teammate Jacob Stallings' two-run blast with a shot of his own during a second inning that saw the Rockies jump out to an early three-run lead. It was the first homer of the campaign for Bouchard, who later added a double for his first multi-hit effort of the season. Bouchard got the starting nod against Pirates lefty Bailey Falter, marking his first start in four games, as he appears to be mired on the short side of a platoon in right field with Jake Cave, pending the return of Kris Bryant (back), who's currently on the injured list.

Bouchard will start in right field and bat seventh in Sunday's game against the Pirates, Luke Zahlmann of The Denver Gazette reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bouchard is back in the lineup after he was on the bench for each of the previous three games. The 27-year-old looked as though he might have been headed for a full-time role in right field once Kris Bryant (back) was placed on the injured list April 17, but Bouchard's opportunity seems to have fallen by the wayside while he's posted a .619 OPS through 33 plate appearances in the big leagues this season. While he's in starting nine Sunday against Pirates southpaw Bailey Falter, the right-handed-hitting Bouchard could end up occupying the short side of a platoon in right field with the lefty-hitting Jake Cave until Bryant returns.

Bouchard is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Marlins.
EDGE Analysis
Bouchard started in right field or at designated hitter in each of the last three games, going 1-for-10 with a run and an RBI. The Rockies have leaned on Bouchard as their primary replacement in the lineup for Kris Bryant (back), but Bouchard's time as a near-everyday player could soon come to an end if he's unable to get going at the plate. Since being called up from Triple-A Albuquerque on April 17, Bouchard is slashing .214/.333/.286 over 33 plate appearances.

Bouchard is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Padres.
EDGE Analysis
Bouchard will give way to Hunter Goodman after starting each of the past four games in right field while going 3-for-13 with two doubles, a walk and a stolen base. While Kris Bryant (back) remains on the injured list, Bouchard should still maintain an edge over Goodman and Jake Cave for a regular lineup spot in the corner outfield.

Bouchard went 1-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base Tuesday against the Padres.
EDGE Analysis
Bouchard has started five of six games since being called up by the Rockies, with four of those appearances coming in right field. He's collected one hit in every contest, including two doubles. Bouchard should remain a regular as long as Kris Bryant (back) is sidelined.
