Los Angeles Dodgers relief pitcher Scott Alexander (shoulder) will pitch for Triple-A Oklahoma City on Thursday. This is an advancement for Alexander after he was pitching in Low-A while rehabbing his shoulder. The move to Triple-A means Alexander is getting closer to a return. He is not eligible to return from the 60-day injured list until July 2, so he'll be sidelined until then. Alexander should be back in the Dodgers bullpen around early July, but won't have fantasy value in most formats.
Scott Alexander Could Be Out Until July rotoballer.com Wed 6/9/21 10:40 AM
Los Angeles Dodgers relief pitcher Scott Alexander (shoulder) could very well miss another month of action. The lefty reliever has been sidelined since early May due to inflammation in his shoulder. The Dodgers are expected to activate Tony Gonsolin on Wednesday, so Alexander might be moved to the 60-day injured list. That would create a roster spot for Gonsolin without having to remove anyone from the 40-man roster. Alexander has pitched well during his limited time on the Dodgers, but he ...

The East and Central have already been covered, so let's head out west. It's time to see what's going on in the bullpens of the National League West division. There are still too many significant relief pitchers on the free agent market to believe that any bullpen is "set" for Opening Day, but there are a few NL West bullpens who at least have their closers set. Meanwhile, there are a pair of bullpens who seem ready to go into spring training with a full-on battle for the ninth inning. [...]
