For the year, he has a 36/25 K/BB ratio in 69 1/3 innings, which probably grades out a bit better than last year's 57/53 mark in 79 innings (lower strikeout rate, but superior walk rate). He's always treading on thin ice, but he can be used in AL-only leagues when he's facing mediocre offenses.

While Deduno didn't make his season debut with the Twins until May 24 due to a groin injury, he now owns a 3.61 ERA through 10 starts. However, his underwhelming strikeout rate leaves him as an AL-only option.
